Hey guys I would like to thank ManimalPatB and formutech Nutrition for the chance to log this pwo! I've been looking into a less stimulated pwo, but still delivers a decent work out. This profile fits my needs perfectly and I'm excited for Wednesday to get here so I can hit the gym!

3 Warm up sets
-Incline: 5@135 lbs x 2, 5@185 lbs, 3@205 lbs, 3@215 lbs

damn thats alot of lat pull down....you should ask for a ball and chain for xmas your going to need it when it get's windy out. with the wings your going to build you'll need something at least.

Busy weekend guys. But here is my workout from yesterday. I dosed 2 scoops pwo. It was a great work! Very clean stimulant but not to much. Not really a crash, which was all a plus on my stomach. I like how volatile doesn't make it hard to eat after working out.

Leg and Shoulders

Squats
10@135 lbs ×2 sets
8@225 lbs
3@265 lbs
3@305 lbs


Hack Squats* ( start at bottom and only go 3/4 way up, controlled on the way down )
10@90 lbs
5 @ 180 × 2 sets (these burned so bad)

Laying leg curls/ Calf raises
10@60 lbs × 5 sets / 10@140×5 sets

Seated DB Shoulder Press/ Calf Raises
-10@35 lbs × 2 sets, 10@45 lbs x 2 sets, 5@60 lbs drop set into 5@40lbs /
- 10@160 lbs × 2 sets, 10@ 200 lbs x sets

Calf Raises drop set

Yeah, a ton of pres make it hard for me to eat a meal right after the gym. But with Volatile I never have those issues.

It's very nice
