Bunk M-drol, Start EPI?

Exactly. THe best advice I have ever seen is to log your calories. You would be amazed at how much you over estimate your intake. I know I was by quite a bit.
A couple of months ago I read an article on caloric surplus that has really stuck with me. The writer stated the best way to insure you are in a surplus besides logging your calories is to eat for the size you want to be. If a 180lb guy wants to be 200lb, eat like you are. Then you know you are getting enough caloric excess to support the gains you seek.

I think logging is useful, but becomes tedious once you are sure of what foods represent what calories. I buy the same brand of bagels, oats, broccoli, All-Bran, milk, fat free cheeses, condiments and so on. I've eaten basically the same foods for 5 years with continued success, and simply know the caloric value of each.

Hell, I even know how many calories are in a Little Caesar's Hot N' Ready pepperoni pizza in case I want to cheat that way and can adjust my calories accordingly; however, you are definitely right, it is a valuable tool.

Yeah, tho like you said mullet, you've eaten the same for 5 years. The average person going on their first cycle (and complaining of bunk hormonal products) hasn't. so they make a wild guess at their calories, or don't even guess - "i'm eating as much as I can"

I tend to do the reverse, and underestimate what i take in. Its the former fat boy thing.

I dont think it is something that you have to do forever. Most people have certain foods they stick to so once you get the hang of your intake you can easily go off feel as long as you are maintaining. Keeping a log really helps you learn the values of what foods you have in your staple. For instance I eat the same breakfast and late snack every day, 365 times a year, so I know exactly what is in them. Same thing with my pre/post shakes. That leaves me with just 4 other meals to keep track of.
What I have done is break down the macros to what I wanted to take in, 40/40/20 and I set up a meal plan for 4 weeks, laminated it and stuck on the fridge. I know day to day what I am eating and when. I have all the macros listed for each food so I can easily make adjustments when I want to go up or down. For some it is a little much but when you are OCD it is just right!
It also helps with the grocery shopping at the end of the week.
I do the same thing with dinner for my kids. They have their own meal calander so they know what night they are having broccolli and need to stay at a friends!

As I said, I did that for approximately two years, until I realized there was no point. I would print off my diet, keep it in a binder, so I could track changes over time. As 'body feel' develops, that is just unnecessary work.

:)

Nor should you. It looks like you guys go above and beyond compared to most other supplement companies and I applaud you for that. I'm currently on day 5 of your M-drol and there's no question thats its doing its thing. I'm up 3 pounds already and have that "on" feeling. This is exactly how I felt when I did AX's Superdrol years ago. Thanks for turning out such great products.

I really appreciate the post. It gets frustrating at times. I am glad that you are having good results.

No problem. If you guys adhere to the same stringent standards in your non-hormonal work as you have in this area, I will surely be one of your customers.

It's simply ridiculous the applicative double standard here - take a product like Jungle Warfare, for example. Even at this point, there is massive uncertainty as it pertains to the structure of the active ingredient; however, 16 year old kids are ingesting it with no regard. On the other hand, you guys have verified, time and time again, exactly what is contained in your product, and yet suspicion is still abound.

That is not to insight drama with ALRI, as I enjoy their product, but merely to show the incongruence in standards in this industry. I do not think CEL should, or needs to, do anything further in this regard. Keep it up.

We will adhere to quality procedures for all of our products, whether hormonal or not.

I agree & it is frustrating. With the M1,4ADD, it wasnt like that happened on purpose. The testing lab made a mistake, they even wrote a letter acknowledging it was their fault. Hell, at least we tested ours to start with. We then made it right with our customers & added an extra step in the quality chain where each batch winds up being tested by 2 seperate facilities. Then still, as you said, we get questioned repeatedly whereas some companies dont even bother to test at all or KNOWINGLY mislead people (not referring to ALRI, I like the products of theirs that I have tried).
