Bulking workouts

If anyone could post a sample bulking workout that I could tweak and use myself, that would be great. I plan on lifting Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday...as thats when I can get to the gym. Including specific exercises, sets, and reps to aim for would be great. Thanks for the help everyone.
 
You don't say your experience level and other info so with what I have to work with here is what I would do.

I would change the workouts to m w f and use the tried and true(maybe boring but it works)
All exercises are 2 warmup sets and 3 work sets. Work sets are 6-8 reps to failure or just short of failure. Rest 2 minutes between sets and 4 minutes between exercises.

Mon

Chest SLIGHT incline bench press

Shoulders Seated BB press

Tris Close grip flat bench

Wednesdays
Back Pull Downs

bent over BB rows

Bis standing or incline DB curls


Friday

Quads Squats

Hamstrings Leg curls

Calves Standing calf raise

Abs Crunches



It aint sexy but it does work.

Only 1 workout / body part? Man I did like chest twice a week with 3-4 exercises per day when I was bulking... I still grew quite a bit, think I was overdoing it?

I think there are general rules but we all respond differently. So if it works then I say it was the right way for you at the right time.
