Currently 188lb bulking to 200lb on 4k+ calories a day (i get atleast 4k and go above it most days)
age:20
started at 140lb
I bulked from 170lb to 180lb on 3.5k calories a day.
Is it possible to reach 195-200lb and maintain the calories it took to get there and then get leaner without an intentional deficit (eating less than the 4k)
to sum it up: is it POSSIBLE to gain enough LBM to burn excess calories and get leaner without reducing the calories it took me to bulk.
(By leaner I only mean 10-13% bodyfat.
