Bulking supps??

Ok so ive heard the good ol' vitamins, weight gainers and creatine.
But is there anything else anyone recommends?
also does anyone know a good pill form creatine?
( powder makes me want to throw up, even when mixing with weightgainer.)
 
Drop the weightgainer and work on your diet.

1 cup ground up oats, 2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter = a better gaining shake at a fraction of the price.
 
The best bulking supplement bar none is food. There is no getting around this. If you aren't gaining weight then the diet needs adjustment.
 
Diet is the most important. Eat clean and always have your protein,greens,fruits, good fat like almonds or peanut butter. Weight gainers is ok IMO if u need that extra push of calories but don't rely on it to much.
