Ate like effin crap yesterday, effected my performance today to some extent, Wicked back pump even with 5g taurine pre this is possibly worsened by a moderate case of lordosis???

Yah just backs up what I saw with the deads you did, I was expecting this but I was being very optimistic so I am very very pleased.

Squat day thursday that should be fun. Lets see if I can get 10 at 275 a2g or 5 at 315 those would be simialr to deadlift and bench improvements

Ive had no issues with either. Only side effects ive had are increased appetite, aggresion, strength and size.

On aggression: let it be known I've had no increase in aggression outside of the gym, only in the gym and at the weights. Lol. Even on a test boost cycle like Activate Extreme & Triazole I've had aggression issues in general, but not with this supp.

Ate pretty clean all day yesterday except for a lil apple crisp at the in laws (to be polite) +4000 cals

todays workout nothing special vicious pumps though did some different shoulder excersizes just to switch it up a lil

This a bulk on the lean side Im weighing in at 192 right now was on stage about 3 weeks ago at 180and 5.5%BF So the goal for this will be to exceed 200 at less than 10%

Cals for now are at 3700 300p/400c/100f
