Bulking for an athlete

Hey guys,

I play collegiate football and am looking to bulk up, as I am anticipating a position change next season. I'm currently 5'10", 200 lbs, and am trying to get to somewhere around 210 while still maintaining my speed. I've tried most types of supplements, but am a little shaky on how to make effective stacks. I'm also trying to get my bench max up as quickly as i can. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ten pounds is VERY doable before next season comes around. What position are you moving too? Whats your 40 now? Also j/w tested/non-tested? Anything specific in a stack you are looking for, as far as affects and how it makes you feel? Also what kinda budget you looking at as far as supps?

I have a feeling i'm going to move to outside linebacker, but otherwise i'll be sticking with strong safety. My 40 is somewhere around 4.7, and the testing won't be an issue in the off season (there are random tests during playoffs, but i won't be taking these supplements before then). Well like i said I want to put on 10-15 lbs, and get my bench up (so i guess strength increase)..those are my main goals. I would say under $200 as far as budget goes..but if i'm going to spend that much I want to make sure it's going to be an effective stack.
