I got this by tryin some random stuff out

i used oatbran cereal (oats, dired nuts, apricots etc)
rice bubbles
Peanut butter
protein powder
honey
almonds(crushed) and flaxseed oil

The almonds and flaxseed are optional. then again, anything else u want to put in can go in.

What you do is use the oatbran as your main ingredient. use about 1/3 as much rice bubbles as you do oatbran, and then as many scoups of protein powder as u like. add almonds and flaxseed. Then you use enough honey and peanut butter to glump it all together, and use just a bit of milk to give the batter a wet texture. this also makes the protein power glug and helps stick it all together. U can chuck chocolate in, anything.

mould into bars and throw in fridge, or you can cook in oven.
Has high enegry from oats, fats, from nuts and peanut butter, and protein from protein powder, and uses everyday ingredients everyone has.
 
lol sorry im aussie. for all u americans its just a tasty type of cereal. in its place u can use another dry ingredient, or leave it out.
