bulking and high school

i am currently bulking but due to school not really have a good diet

can someone post a good bulking diet that i can use even while going to school..

school timings are 8.00AM - 2.30PM

I had a good bulking diet in high school. Pack food for during the day and get lunch normally. I don't see how high school would affect this.
 
Bring a shake for a snack and have a source of carbs with it. Granola Bar/Banana/Dextrose etc. etc.
Pre-cook a meal the day before. A chicken wrap on whole wheat or a bowl of whole wheat noodles with some beef in it or make a Tuna sandwich.
 
Get up early and start it off with a big ass breakfast. Bring some shakes to knock down between classes. Could also pack your own food choices if you really want it.
 
u guys gotta understand u cant just whip out a meal and eat it in class lol, u get detentions and stuff for that. You really dont have time to eat between class.. but here it goes..

Shake in the morning around 730-8 make it a above average cals and fat and carbs
1130-12- lunch at school pack if needed?
2- maybe a protien bar?
330- about when ur out of school eat again or lift and eat depending on if ur hungry. if ur bulking just eat then lift a bit later.

What kinda school is this? lol I use to drink shakes and eat in m classes all the time. How long do you have between classes? 5 minutes? POUND THAT SHAKE lol
 
Get yourself some shaker bottles and pre-load them up with whey or whey/oats and keep them in your locker. Run to the water fountain and add your water and you have an instant meal. Also make your own homemade protein bars if you can. There are tons of great recipes out there for them, but I personally like protein isolate with natty PB and oats or just natty pb with the whey isolate if I don't want the extra carbs. Wrap them up individually after you make them and you MORE instant meals!!!
