Im trying to gain around 10 lbs. I am on a Sust250 Winni Cycle.
Just wanted to post up what I have been eating basically the past 2 weeks. it hasnt been that much but hopefully my appitite will increase also within the next couple weeks. Hopefully someone can help me fine tune this please.

10:30am - 3 eggs, 5 peices turkeybacon, 2 slices turkey, 2 slices wheat toast

12:00pm - 25g ON protein, 1/2 cup to 1 cup steel cut oats (pre wo)

2:45pm - 25g ON protein, 1/4 oats, 50g dextrose (post wo)

4:30pm - 8oz chicken breast, 2-3 cups mac and cheese

6:30pm - Handful almonds, 25g ON protein shake w/ 1/4 cup oats

8:40 pm - 8oz chicken breast w/ 2-3 cups whole wheat spaghetti and sauce

11:10 pm - same as 8:40pm meal

12:45 am - 1 cup cottage cheese
 
how do u measure spaghetti by cups? i dont know about you 11:10pm meal thats pretty late to be eating that much
 
So drop the almonds?

I was thinking I might be taking in to many Carbs.
And inplace of the spaghetti I will also be eating whole wheat rice, beans.
Gotta find some stuff to mix it up so i dont get bored with the same foods

I could tell u 16oz of spaghetti lol. just was trying to give u guys around the amount.
And i work hours ar 3:30 pm to 12:00 am for now. thats why i eat late. dont goto sleep till around 2am or later.

no.

if you're bulking, carbs are your friend. i was saying your mono fat intake was too low, unless you're cooking most of your meat in olive/canola oil. or supplementing with peanut butter.
 
Oh gotcha.
Thanks for the input. I usually grill it with nothing on it. But lately my gf has been cooking it with nothing on it on a pan with pam I think.
