So I'm on day 14 of my bulk x factor and a few days ago I saw it was a lil empty, didn't pay it no mind and today I weighed the left over powder and I have less then 250 grams. What the f@uck happened? I used 8 1/2 tsp a day with should be 10 grams right? So what do I do now? Do I continue at at 8 1/2 tsp a day for an other 14 days or cut it down to like 6 1/2 tsp for 25-30 or so days? What would you do? I did weigh the 8 1/2 tsp and it did way like 12 grams so yes I f@cked up not nutra(I just got the scale so yea its my bad).

Funny you posted this....I screwed up my dosage too when using the bulk X-factor...I was megadosing...OOPS!

Just start dosing how you should be. :fing02: <---new smiley.....how exciting!

Yeah, it depends on how much active ingredient is contained in a gram of actual substance. The dosing information on the package pertains to dose of active ingredient, not the actual mass of the powder. For instance on the bulk 1-carboxy (using this example because I'm familiar with it), 1/4 teaspoon equals 800mg of active, while the actual mass of the powder is double that because its a 50% mix of active vs. inactive. I think that we pay for inactive ingredient as well as active. Again, the bulk 1-carboxy is advertised as "125 gm", while I believe we only get 62.5 gm of active material. Does this make sense? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I just weighed out some 1-carboxy, 1/4tsp weighs out at .81 grams on my scale(close enough). I dont quite understand what you're saying about half of that is active?

You could always up the amount of whole eggs you eat, as they naturally contain AA. Something like 100mg per egg, I think it varies I have seen ti stated that there is 64mg of AA in one egg and I have seen people say it is closer to 180mgg.

Well, its advertised as a 50% mixture meaning 50% 1-carboxy and 50% inactive filler. I could be mistaking, an NP rep will have to clear it up.

Its no longer sold on nutra
