Bulk TTA vs MP vs LFX

Trying to decided between the three for my next cut...have been taking sesamin for three months now...I have read up on the ingredients and prices. Few questions:

How do you take bulk tta? protein shake? water? 1/4 teaspoon equals 550mg? how much should you take? 1g or 2 gm? Will it need anything else to enhace delivery?

I've used searchtech but not much info on bulk TTA.
 
just put it in your mouth and suck it down with some water.. there is no taste.. 2 grams should be fine.. .. but you to warn you.. i have come to conclude the pain you will feel in your body may not be worth the fat loss... but the hurt is so good lol... please keep plenty of K, turine, mag, cal, to help ease the pain of DOMS and cramps.

Just to play alittle flip-side of the coin, I experienced no cramping or pain while on TTA...I was pretty much "on" for a period of 10 weeks (I allowed 2 weeks in between two 4 weekers for "off" time, but TTA remains in the body for up to 6 weeks after the last dose). I included LFX in the second 4 week regimen.

My second 4 week regimen was more of a "holiday control" regimen, since it started right when Xmas started...and I binged and drank like a bastard the whole time. Really, no fat gain at all.

A couple things to note on my experience: this stuff will prevent fat gain for a shitty diet, but will not help you lose fat on a shitty diet...its not a miracle pill. On a good diet, fat melts off.

I was dosing extra Ca/Mg/K throughout the day everyday. I did not get any cramping that I could attribute to TTA (actualy the only cramping I got/get is from CEE use...I dont know why, as I am plenty hydrated and am taking in tons of electrolytes, but CEE has ALWAYS caused my muscles to cramp and lock up after an intense workout, with or without TTA).

I have found that LFX definately has some mean appetite suppression qualities to it...it is very subtle, and takes awhile to see, but if you structure your LFX dosing around your biggest/hardest meals to not binge at, you'll be set. It wasnt like I didnt have an appetite, because I definately did, it was just that I coudl more easily say "no" and control it, and ignore cravings. Much more of a mental willpower thing than an actual "no craving" thing, though that was somewhat there.

While using LFX, I also added in supplemental MP that I had left over from the first 4 weeker. On just MP, I felt like I could outeat the TTA everyday...when I included LFX, I definately felt totally in control of my appetite.

My first regimen was 6caps MP/day, my second was 4caps LFX/day with 2 caps/MP. I structured it like this b/c 4caps/day of LFX will last you 30 days...

I havent used bulk TTA, so I dont know anything about it.
 
I've gone ffor MP with Sesamin stack, with TTA/sesamin to follow. Currently the 6 caps a cay of MP aren't hurting, but just in case I have stocked up on V8 and diaryte (the sachets you take during/after an upset stomach (I couldn't spell diarreah:blink:)).

Just one week into the MP stack I am losing weight at almost twice the rate I would have expected - approx 2.4Kg in one week. I guess the water retention will kick in next week.
 
Water retention might kick in, it might not. I felt it alittle at first, but when I started my diet at the same time as I started MP...so the "water retention" I had couldve been solely from before my diet.

Also, I avoided sodium like it was the plague on TTA (sodium REEEAAALLY bloats me), and cramps were a non-issue. Water retention was at a minimum.
 
I've purchased some TTA a while back and will start using it within the week. CNW's site says to take ~1 gram/day, but I think that this is very underdosed compared to the recommended dosage of Melting Point. I would suggest about 2 grams/day.

Basically I advocate titrating up the dose slowly until you reach a level where you start to cramp alot. Then back down about half a gram from there and go on.

There really is a point of diminishing returns with going really high on this stuff (ie more side effects and less fat burning). Also, because it builds up in your system and lasts a long time, the dosing is pretty much cumulative over a 2 week period, so keep that in mind as well.
