Is the bulk PowerFULL at NutraPlanet the old or the new version and what is the recommended dosage to take just before bed if that is the only time it is going to be taken?

Try searching the forums before you post. The bulk is the older version. if taking the new version take 1 when you wake up 30 mins before eating, 2 more 30 mins before workout or 6 hours from 1st dose and then 1 before bed. after a few days you can switch it up to 2 in morning, 2 preworkout, 2 before bed. ive been taking it for few days now and its awesome.
