bulk powder help.. please

first thing first, im 5'10 178ish.. was 185 lost about 7-8 pounds just from a clean diet.. im still on a clean diet but im looking to really drop some unwanted fat i have.. im tired of the whole fat burner thing and what not.. im still eating clean and i want to get around 170 but also increase my strength/muscle mass

I did notice when i droped those 7 pounds i increased my weights as well so i was doing something right..

My diet is good.. as far as suppliments go this si what i started taking

after workout I have ON Pro-Complex whey, got it for real cheap at work. so i take 1 big scoop of that with another 4 grams of glutamine and about 8-10oz of water.. i also take ON Casein protein befor bed(1 scoop) and another teaspoon of glutamine..

i have noticed a big difference as well as people telling me i look leaner.. my bench was around 300 at 185lb and the other day i did 300x3 at 175ish so i am increasing strength, my other weights went up as well


i have tons of glutamine powder left so thats done..
Im tired of buying all the premade stuff wit hthe extra non needed ingredients.. I just received bulk powders of Acetyl-L-Carnitine Powder, Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl, Beta-Alanine, BCAA’s powder, Citrulline Malate, L-Tyrosine Powder, Arginine Ethyl Ester Powder... i wasnt aware befor i bought it that there isnt a need for arginine if i have citrulline malate and vice versa.. which one is better to use?

I got all of these for cheap cause my buddy works at a local supplement store and they were having a big sale so i snagged a bunch up.. what i was wondering is how each of these should be dosed and when.. like which should be takin pre/during/post workout, or morning/bed time.. i did searching but i couldnt find what i was looking for..


sorry for the long post guys!! .. i tried this post on 3 other boards and got crap answers, so AM is my last hope :(
 
30 Minutes Before your workout dump:
4g CEE
1g Acetyl-L-Car
3-4g AEE
1g Tyrosine
2g Beta Alanine
Into some crystal light then during your workout drink
10-15g BCAA (depending on session length)
2g. Beta Alanine.
2-3g citrulline malate

Then either in the morning with breakfast or later in the day take an additional 2g Beta Alanine
This would be my personal plan.

ok i got a new problem. how the hell can i take this stuff without it tasting so bad, im not one to cry about taste, but mixing all this stuff together and taking it was the worst thing i have even had in my mouth lol... i mixed it with a little bit of crystal light mix... maybe i need to use the whole crystal light packet? wowww terrible

Bottom line here is you just gotta sack up and deal with it. It may taste bad, but it's well worth it!!!
 
Use more crystal light, but you should end up with 4 ounces or so of liquid....honestly just slam it and you will just get a bit of aftertaste.

The during workout drink should not taste bad at all, with crystal light (shoot for around 16 ounces - I use a wide mouth gatorade bottle.)
