Be careful using L-Norvaline. While it gives you a good pump it inhibits arginase which increases NO. But remember, Nitric Oxide is a free radical itself and must be removed to ensure for health. Too many free radicals deteriorate important cells in the body and contribute to the likelyhood of cancer.
