bulk Glycerol Mono Stearate

Is the price on this stuff supposed to be 1.99 per 100 grams when ordering 10 (kilo). I tried to add it to the cart and it is showing 2.99 per 100 grams at the kilo lvel. Also, has anyone tried glycergrow? I know they are made by a trusted company but bulk gms would be more cost efficent by the bulk.
