Bulk AA is all over the web

There is nothing infringing about it being sold by chem houses in this manner.

Invalid Link Removed

Bill has a method of use patent for AA being used for muscle building purposes. It does not give him a monopoly on its sale in other arenas.

However, if Matt were to carry it at CNW, given CNW's primary customer base, he would be looking at a lawsuit and potentially tens of thousands in legal fees. Even if he won, the cost would be too great.

LMAO!!! Gotta love those prices.

Don't get the methyl ester! :bruce3:

Not to get too involved in this, but the fact that this thread exists is more than enough proof for Molecular's case should CNW pick up AA. One could challenge the patent itself if you had grounds, but no one here is trying to do that. We can't really do much when people offer bulk for some of the stuff we bring out, but its not patented. Granted everybody wants everything cheaper, but those asking for AA are doing so because of the effort Bill L and his company. Nobody was asking for it before they invested a ton of money into it. You can say whatever you want about who discovered it, researched it etc., but they created the demand for it in the bodybuilding world, and thus deserve to reap the rewards of their investment. It wasn't too long ago that they were blasted for even considering bringing this product out.

I had the similiar feeling about CIssus. SAN, ALRI, and now AX (alot of association between the 2 companies) has followed suit. At one point, I was slightly bitter about bulk sales and copy cat companies.

Because of USPLabs Cissus was introduced to the market. Cissus has truely changed the way people train and life changing to MANY. WIth other companies pimping cissus to the community, Ultimately more people are aware of Cissus and its valuable properties. In the long run, USPLabs is credited with more sales through indirect marketing.

Our patent should be issued soon, I doudt that USPlabs will take legal action. Law suits and suppression ultimately effect the consumer and drains time off my hands to produce products.

Take care

Certainly understandable. Your situation is more like ours, where we have multiple products. If you lose a portion of the market, yet the market grows big enough to still grow the product then you of course are still doing well. (or when people realize they hate capping their own stuff, they go back to yours :-) ). In Molecular's case though, they've chosen to run with one product so it makes since to keep tight control over it. If they didn't enforce the patent and the rise of knockoffs killed their market, they'd have nothing to fall back on. Persuing it after the fact might be too little too late. This all does remind me of when everyone was trying to homebrew Avant's products. In the long run it did give them a lot of free advertising, as having the standard to which all attempts where judged against.

I don't think Mat needs any more lawsuits to waist any more of his time and money...

I don't think the profits would exceed the cost of time and retainers... like jrKarp already stated.

wrong, wrong, wrong.

I'm interested in it for health. I have enough hypertrophy and grow muscle like weed.

I never heard of Bil L. regarding AA until I started asking for AA.(which is studied for the last 50 years).

I love AA, and bought 4 bottles already. I will only use MN's product, because I want to see more from this guy :)

MN thanks you, staunch defender of innovation.

BTW, we'll be joining Anabolic Minds in July. Look forward to it cause I love this board (and need a break from BB.com :icon_lol:).

And it may have health benefits many don't expect.

Preface: let me know if my posting this is uncool. I respect Matt's turf.

MN recently conducted two clinical studies (in-vitro and in-vivo). The in-vivo study showed several things, but one we did not expect: the lowering of inflammation marker IL-6. Essentially, the placebo group had an increase in IL-6 whereas the X-Factor group had a decrease. This means that XF may actually reduce systemic inflammation in hard training people which is a very good thing for general health.

Post away.

I think X-Factor is a phenomenon for the sole reason that people were about to throw Bill out of the industry when he released this, but he stuck to his guns and obviously believed very strongly in the product. Can you name one single other product that has undergone and been upheld through so much scrutiny?

One of the best supplement out there, and I will continue using it, because it's just fantastic. Period. No one should buy AA from anyone else. You want new innovations? Don't buy elsewhere from copycats, because THEY wont developp new and innovative products.I know everyone wants to save a little money, but use your judgement people..

to what end do you use it, jjohn?
I use it to gain mass and do clean bulks. I may try it for a cut next year. We'll see. I think it's harder to cut on this as I find it increases appetite a lot and the biggest challenge in cutting is hunger, so I am not sure, but I will always doing cycles of this miracle to do nice clean bulks.:bb:

If this is true then you are in a tiny minority. To make a simple point: As you stated, this has been researched for 50 years, longer than any of the bb'ing boards have been around. This product should have been talked about and requested for years, on all the boards. However, the discussions of AA's possible benefits, possible negatives, etc. etc. were all started after the introduction of X-factor. Many people have contributed to the increased knowlege of AA on the boards etc, and most have no affiliation with Molecular. Bill L. and his company created the market for it, and brought it into the spotlight. Through product trials and feedback, it is now recognized as a viable supplement, until then most speculated it was dangerous at best. The rest has followed.
