I was going to this summer at our local show. It's 4th of July weekend. I'm going to the show this year to see how the physique comp is so I have a better idea of what I need to bring to the table.

I might be there as well lol Northern Indiana show right?

Not that one I'll be doing a show in October. But I think I'm going to be in that area for work so I will hit the show if so. Also my buddy might be judging that one I'll have to ask him.

Someone may have stocked up about 10 bottles from SNS and Primaforce ;) I'll find out in about 2 years.

People round here love them some DMAA, whether they realize it or not. One of your customers, Matt at Complete, can barely keep Insidious on the shelves. Kids love that stuff. Its just caffeine,DMAA, 1.5g of Agmatine & electrolytes really. But it mixes & tastes fine, works fast, & honestly does a dandy job of delivering focus & pumps, so people keep coming back for more.

Alright, I lifted Friday, Sunday and today. I only have a couple days left of Hard and Mass but I have to say every since I've started dosing higher, I'm more dry and strength has gone up for sure, everything feels lighter.

This stack would be awesome if I would of started dosing high from the beginning. Even if I didn't have the best diet the day before, I still wake up full and drier. The pumps are out of this world.

Thanks Kenpo! There's a lot of lifts I'm leaving out cause I know this guy wouldn't be able to keep up:) I'm trying to keep everything really simple so he gets all the core lifts in per body part.

That's tough to do, and good on you. I've had a couple people ask me to work/help with them, and I've always said I don't have time. I really don't without taking time away from my own.

Thanks. I'm doing a 5 day split with him, hitting every body part.

Mon.-chest
Tues.-back
Wed.-legs
Thurs.-shoulders
Fri.-arms

He takes Saturday and Sunday off but I guess if there's something I really wanted to do, I could do it on the weekend
 
I know this stack gives a hell of a pump, like right now I'm still pumped as much as I was after my workout this morning! The addition of High Volume is just plain nuts! I wanted to see the reaction to it without the stack in running, so I gave two scoops to my bro in law. He called me right when he stepped out of the gym and asked me "what is the name of that stuff, I want it now!" He said it was the best pump he's ever had in his life and he has never seen his veins look that big before! He even went home and took pics of the pump right away.

For some reason I have way more hard than I do mass. So mass will be done today and I'll finish up hard tomorrow
 
Sorry guys if I haven't been on as much. I actually got the job I've been wanting forever but my employment is based on an exam and a drug test/background test. The drug and background test I'm not worried about cause I don't do drugs and I am too busy to get into trouble:) so every spare second I get I've been studying like crazy for this exam that I have to take by the 16th of this month! I hit some back up this morning, I'll post the workout after my boys fall asleep.

Thanks man! There's a lot to go over for study material. It's not a huge test, I'm probably over thinking it. It's 30 multiple choice, 19 fill in the blank and 6 matching questions. Luckily I have someone that's done it before and is going to start quizzing me this week.

Thanks everyone! There's two study guides and I feel real confident on the first which is the 30 multiple choice. I'm going to kill this test, I don't want anything lower than a 95%

Alright guys, I want to say thanks to The guys at Forerunner Labs for hooking me up with this stack. I apologize it took me a while to get this up but I've been crazy busy. My stack consisted of 2 bottles of Andro Mass and 2 bottles of Andro Hard. The only downside was that the pills are very brittle and break very easily and some turn to powder. So at the end I was piecing pills together and scooping out the powder. This wasn't a big deal for me. I started out doing the typical dose of 6 pills a day for each product dosed an hour apart, 3 in the AM and 3 in the PM. I ran the dosing like this for the first two weeks. After that I heard people were taking anywhere from 9-12 pills a day for each product. So I upped the dose to 12 pills a day for each product, spaced them an hour apart pretty much all day long. After I did that I noticed a definite increase in libido right away which was nice! Through the rest of the cycle I really didn't notice any strength increases but the pump was absolutely insane! It was the best pump from any product I've ever taken! From the moment you woke up to the moment you went to bed, I carried a pump. During your workout and right after was amazing, it wasn't like you were pumped in your chest cause you lifted that earlier in the day, your whole body had a pump. I was literally rock hard all day long. My muscles were so full, dense and hard! It was amazing! The vascularity was the same as well, all day long, garden hoses running just underneath your skin! I remained lean with very minimal water weight. The only side i did encounter was some lethargy. Which wasn't a big deal, some days were worse than others. I know I put on muscle cause one of my best friends that I haven't seen for a couple months came over right when I finished my cycle. I was wearing a tank and he asked me if I just got done working out. I told him no, he flat out said, damn man, you are jacked! You definitely put on muscle! That made me feel great, I knew that it was a successful cycle. So if your wanting a stack that you remain lean with dryer gains, this is it! I had a great run and I would definitely purchase again. This is by far the best mild pro run I've ever done! Thanks again to Forerunner for the chance to run their products, I had a great time!
