ok i just came from the gym and let me start by saying i ran out of size on yesterday and as far as that goes i have to say it was good to me and the berry was very tastey. so i used my volumize for the first time today and i have to say as far as taste, well out of a possible 10 i give it a 4 it is doable. but i have the grape. as far as effectiveness i would give it a 8 and the pump after the workout not as good as size on. but i felt i could keep working out i didnt want to leave the gym but to early to tell i will hit up again 2 morrow and and see how i do but so far so good.
