Bro science vs Science

It's not necessarily broscience, but a lot of people believe that more protein = more gains and chide you for not eating 200-300g of protein a day when you're not on a cycle.

Pre workouts prevent catabolism. Now you heard it but I was jking so I don't think it counts :P

hahaha, I heard stimul8 is very anti-catabolic, :D

Off topic but man I wish I could try it. Stupid customs

Edit: BS, you can lengthen your muscles.

Lol well stretching lengthens muscles. Muscles become 'short' due to being constantly pulled in one position (i.e. chest muscles being short may pull shoulders forward) but when you lengthen them they return to a more normal resting position.

I'm talking about changing where they insert like biceps and calves most notably.

And not only just that, but they may have as long a bone as their counterpart, with the longer muscle belly, but the guy with the shorter muscle belly, may have longer tendons. Dr Ken mentioned this about his forearms and longer tendons with short bellies and that the muscle size was kinda arbitrary to strength, as he could rip, bend or tear almost anything.
David Horne is also a good example. Pretty regular normal man arm size, but can wrist curl off a bench #500 pounds.
Certain insertion points, give certain guys, great leverages.
