The house we're in has a mud-room off the basement door where the (currently non-functioning) pool is, but I just turned it into my workout gear room, so it has a rack with all my workout clothes, sporting gear, etc. I have a little cupboard that I have my currently used supps in and it looks like a beautiful shrine to EvoMuse right now. I think dsade was eating like all junk and not working out because of surgery, and maintained his leanness, so I bet it would be good!

That's crazy. So if you were physically active and eating in a surplus, and probably a little cleaner but not strict, you'd probably see a great recomp. If I had to guess.

My only activity was the limited time at the warehouse packing orders. Yeah, it was definitely a surplus - though not insanely huge. The only main thing was the sweat was absolutely retarded, 24 hours a day.
