Bridging Test into a PH...0k? Help

Ok guys, this will be my 3rd cycle in 2 years... never have done anything other then 2 runs of a PH, all went pretty good. I am 32 been working out for about 10 years. I am worndering if I can safely run 6 weeks of test and bridge that into 4-5 weeks of DMZ? I am looking to get as lean as I can and put on a few pounds of muscle. I plan of doing fat cut days ( cardio and low carbs) mixed with muscle build days.
 
Ok decided to run the DMZ first, then start the test after. Getting started next week... if I decide to go longer, how long can I safely run test for after, right the plan is 6 weeks.
 
If youre using sust for your test base then start the sust and DMZ at the same time. Sust will take about 2 weeks to peak out and the DMZ will give you the kick start. I recommend Sust for 12 weeks min @ 500mg/wk. I like cycle support on cycle (thru ur pct), a multivitamin, maybe throw in some extra milk thistle when taking the oral, and if you can get it hCG on cycle will really help your recover. PCT should start 2 weeks after your last Sust inject (i usually run nolva ~10mg thruout the cycle and ~20mg during the two weeks for the test e in the sust to clear) Then you'll want to throw in post cycle support and a SERM during pct, I like clomid. Run the clomid at 200/100/100/50/50/50/50 for wk. 1, another 50mg ED for wk 2, if you can break them in half run 25mg for wk 3 and toward the end of the week phase in adex at 0.25mg for a week to prevent bounceback. Adex is good to have on hand all cycle long to prevent estro sides (as is the nolva). After the AI I usually run sustain alpha, a natural test booster, and start my creatine back up (which you don't really need on cycle).

Thanks for all the info man, pretty pumped to get started on this! I am pretty much at my natural peak I feel, its been tuff to make good gains anymore so its time!
