Will do. Camera seems good (6 plus), but I think it's the same as my old phone. I'm interested to see what iMovie is like. I should have the phone case I ordered waiting at home so I can finally take the phone places without being in fear of dropping or scratching it lol.

The camera is much better than the old (6 and 6 plus).

iMovie is dope and very easy to use on the phone just using the app.

And I feel ya on the fear of dropping it lol. You ever used tempered glass screen protectors? You can get them off amazon for like $5-10 and well worth it. Dropped my phone a few times and didn't phase the screen and one time it chipped, thought it was the actual screen, it was the tempered glass.

In for slow motion squats ;)

Ha perhaps. Every time I tried recording something cool like a challenge set my old phone would die.
6+ camera is fire i send my matt my nudez on it quality photos, but i break the lens :(

Hopefully my screen can handle them. :)

Yeah, I have the tempered glass coming with the case. Rich gave me the idea to use Amazon and I saved a bunch.

Here's a rear delt cable combo that I've been using for a couple months. The second movement allows you to continue getting a solid contraction once you can no longer maintain a full range of motion with the laterals (as opposed to just pumping with partials). Depending on the cable setup and where you stand, the angle in which you bring your elbows up/back can be adjusted to make these as effective as possible.

great variation brother, finding good ways to target the rear delts and actually wearing them out can be difficult to say the least.

p.s. Your chest is looking huge ;)

I knew this was going to happen. So I recommend you the tempered glass and stuff talking about protecting phones. What happens?

Yesterday jumping up to open the top of the recycle bin, my phone falls out, lands straight on the face, cracks my screen!!! Cracked the left side and mostly tempered glass but since the 6 is rounded the glass doesn't cover the round edges and the left corner cracked along the top and side kind of. FML.

Thanks man. Yeah they've got nothing left after that combo.

Thanks again, but chest is still a pretty big weak point. Working on it though.

That sucks. I still haven't put the glass on mine, but plan on having Verizon do it later today (don't want to screw it up). Does insurance cover that if you have it? I've paid an extra $5-6/month on insurance for years, but don't remember exactly what is covered.

Ya, it's $200 to replace the phone, they don't do just screens. I do ATT Next though so I'm just going to wait for my upgrade (should be soon).

If it's under warrantee apple will replace it for 100 to 120

My buddy just dropped his from 3ft up (with a case) and it's trashed. Then he smashed it into a million pieces lol.

Lol that's what i felt like doing too.

He said it wouldn't completely shutdown and he needed it to immediately so he could transfer phones for work.

Lol yup. A lot of people are tired of the nonsense.
and frankly it's all fair. Dante has a perfect point in that bostin made name for himself just talking about other people... It was bound to come back around at some point, just had to wait for the right people to give some educated criticism and not just the typical ignorant Internet hater crowd.

Originally Bostins FB page. Comment on a post from yesterday.

Lol Dantes post is quite possibly the best thing I've read all year

Here's most of what I did during yesterday's back session (not in exact order shown). I believe what's missing are assisted pull-ups and rack deads.

And here today's leg session.

Lying Leg curls
4 sets of 8

BB Squat
worked up with sets of 10 until barley getting 10 (without grinding)

Banded HS Leg Press
sets of 15, 10, 8, 6, 5+drop

drop set:

Leg Extension/Walking Lunge
4 sets of 10/8

GHR
4 sets of 10

Good grief... That look on your face after that last walking lunge/ you diving for the leg extension machine was priceless

That looked like torture lol

It was a blast.

Here's a cable exercise that I've been doing to focus on my non-existent upper/inner chest.

I usually do something very similar for upper inner chest (where I also struggle) on that very same cable tower. Just like this, I set the cables at the very bottom, with an upright chair in the middle, pulling them up simultaneously with my palms facing up. Changing the angle of the backrest engages my chest a little differently as well.. I've enjoyed it for a while now.

I do these as well but most of the time with a super set and use bands.

I do something similar but as part of a bigger setup. I basically start at the top doing normal cable crosses and work my way down the tower (2-3 notches at a time so I get about 5-6 different angles) doing two sets at each height. One with left foot stepped out, one with the right. Hits my chest from literally almost every angle possible and gives a sweet pump and burn. Keep the rest times short and the weight a little lighter and get a good slow squeeze and you're in business.

Try this for upper chest! Its a fly movement, so you can squeeze the life out of your pecs! Also not much weight is needed!

Notice I'm sitting on 2 10lb plates to get a little higher on the seat! Awesome movement I've been incorporating lately!

Nice. I love that tower. I could do an entire workout for multiple muscle groups on that thing. I'll give the incline bench a shot. I've done them with both arms at once a bunch of times, but prefer using one at a time, as I find it easier to bring my arm across my body and get an intense contraction that way (instead of crossing arms).

I do these as well but most of the time with a super set and use bands.

I don't think I've used bands, but that sounds pretty good. These were part of what I did at the beginning of the session to help get my upper chest firing and establish a strong mind-muscle connection before banded HS incline and additional chest work. I did some isometric holds targeting the upper chest right before these as well.

I used to work my way up or down the tower as well, but it's been a while. I'll throw that in on a pump day some time.

Thanks bud. I'll have to give it a try.

Here's something that kicked my ass during today's leg session. I don't use this machine very often because it usually feels pretty awkward. I've used similar setups that were great, but the mechanics of this one seem off.

After working up in weight, I did 3 sets of 12, and then added another plate per side for a double drop set.

We have one similar that only pivots on one point. Nice work with the addition of the bands bud

I can never seem to get comfortable with this one. Too much pressure on the lower back. Thanks man. When I do use it, it's usually with bands and for higher reps.

that looks brutal, especially with constant tension

Yeah, it got pretty tough.

Here's a combo from today's chest/shoulder session. The push-up variation is one that I hadn't done in a while, but was reminded of from a recent article. The idea is to grip the sides of a bench and apply pressure by trying to push your hands in (similar to how you apply pressure to dumbbells during a hex press). Attempting to bring your hands together causes a lot of tension and a strong contraction as you lift back up. I probably should've recorded an earlier set, as I didn't has much gas left.

Really like those bench pushups / hex press variation. Going to have to try those.

Big win tonight ... shouldn't have needed a shootout but at least we got those 2 points...

I really like those. I will have to try these next chest day!

I thought it was a great combo. Let me know what you think if you do.

Yeah, hopefully they can finish strong.

Nice. I think you'll like them.

This is something I've done a few times recently to work my lower lats and spinal erectors. The closest thing I could compare them to is one of Meadows rack dead variations that I believe I've posted a video of in the past. I don't feel these in my hamstrings or glutes, but some adjustments could be made to shift the focus to them. These are all about flexing the crap out of your lower lats at the top, which leads to a serious pump. I prefer keeping the handle a bit back from the collar, but you can adjust to where it feels most effective.

I trained arms late last night. I didn't have much time, so I stuck to a few exercises and kept things moving at a fast pace.

Rope Pushdowns
-10 sets of 8 with 30 seconds rest between each set

Banded Incline Smith Tri Extensions
-6 sets of 8

BB Curls
-6 sets of 8 with 10 seconds rest between each set

Incline DB Curls/Standing Hammer Curls
-5 rounds of 8-10/8-10

This combo had my biceps ready to explode. I started with 25lbs, but dropped to 20lbs on the last couple sets. When I dropped the weight, I started twisting my wrists at the bottom (before curling back up), which provides an intense stretch.

Tried this yesterday at the end of my workout for my lower back. Felt it more than both good mornings and hyperextensions. As usual, always learning in this thread!

I saw a similar variation on Jmeds Instagram- I've been meaning to try those.

p.s. Sweet shirt dude ?

Glad you liked them. Yeah, similar type of burn compared to the other exercises, but seems easier to really work the target muscles.

Yeah, his variation (pronated grip letting the weight hit the ground on every rep) is what originally inspired me to try these. I actually told him I gave the neutral grip constant tension variation a shot after seeing his video on FB.

Thanks dude. ?
