hired a coach, got too big for the camera to handle. #gainzproblems6+ camera is fire i send my matt my nudez on it quality photos, but i break the lens![]()
Will do. Camera seems good (6 plus), but I think it's the same as my old phone. I'm interested to see what iMovie is like. I should have the phone case I ordered waiting at home so I can finally take the phone places without being in fear of dropping or scratching it lol.
In for slow motion squats![]()

The camera is much better than the old (6 and 6 plus). iMovie is dope and very easy to use on the phone just using the app. And I feel ya on the fear of dropping it lol. You ever used tempered glass screen protectors? You can get them off amazon for like $5-10 and well worth it. Dropped my phone a few times and didn't phase the screen and one time it chipped, thought it was the actual screen, it was the tempered glass.
great variation brother, finding good ways to target the rear delts and actually wearing them out can be difficult to say the least. p.s. Your chest is looking huge![]()
I knew this was going to happen. So I recommend you the tempered glass and stuff talking about protecting phones. What happens? Yesterday jumping up to open the top of the recycle bin, my phone falls out, lands straight on the face, cracks my screen!!! Cracked the left side and mostly tempered glass but since the 6 is rounded the glass doesn't cover the round edges and the left corner cracked along the top and side kind of. FML.
Thanks man. Yeah they've got nothing left after that combo. Thanks again, but chest is still a pretty big weak point. Working on it though. That sucks. I still haven't put the glass on mine, but plan on having Verizon do it later today (don't want to screw it up). Does insurance cover that if you have it? I've paid an extra $5-6/month on insurance for years, but don't remember exactly what is covered.

My buddy just dropped his from 3ft up (with a case) and it's trashed. Then he smashed it into a million pieces lol.
Lol that's what i felt like doing too.
bostin lloyd is a fuarking joke brb, 4g of test is necessary and 3g of tren

and frankly it's all fair. Dante has a perfect point in that bostin made name for himself just talking about other people... It was bound to come back around at some point, just had to wait for the right people to give some educated criticism and not just the typical ignorant Internet hater crowd.Lol yup. A lot of people are tired of the nonsense.

Leg Extension/Walking Lunge
4 sets of 10/8
That looked like torture lol
It was a blast. Here's a cable exercise that I've been doing to focus on my non-existent upper/inner chest. Invalid Link Removed
I do something similar but as part of a bigger setup. I basically start at the top doing normal cable crosses and work my way down the tower (2-3 notches at a time so I get about 5-6 different angles) doing two sets at each height. One with left foot stepped out, one with the right. Hits my chest from literally almost every angle possible and gives a sweet pump and burn. Keep the rest times short and the weight a little lighter and get a good slow squeeze and you're in business. It was a blast. I usually do something very similar for upper inner chest (where I also struggle) on that very same cable tower. Just like this, I set the cables at the very bottom, with an upright chair in the middle, pulling them up simultaneously with my palms facing up. Changing the angle of the backrest engages my chest a little differently as well.. I've enjoyed it for a while now.
I do these as well but most of the time with a super set and use bands.

Try this for upper chest! Its a fly movement, so you can squeeze the life out of your pecs! Also not much weight is needed! Invalid Link Removed Notice I'm sitting on 2 10lb plates to get a little higher on the seat! Awesome movement I've been incorporating lately!
We have one similar that only pivots on one point. Nice work with the addition of the bands bud
that looks brutal, especially with constant tension
Really like those bench pushups / hex press variation. Going to have to try those.
Big win tonight ... shouldn't have needed a shootout but at least we got those 2 points...
I really like those. I will have to try these next chest day!
This is something I've done a few times recently to work my lower lats and spinal erectors. The closest thing I could compare them to is one of Meadows rack dead variations that I believe I've posted a video of in the past. I don't feel these in my hamstrings or glutes, but some adjustments could be made to shift the focus to them. These are all about flexing the crap out of your lower lats at the top, which leads to a serious pump. I prefer keeping the handle a bit back from the collar, but you can adjust to where it feels most effective.

Tried this yesterday at the end of my workout for my lower back. Felt it more than both good mornings and hyperextensions. As usual, always learning in this thread!
I saw a similar variation on Jmeds Instagram- I've been meaning to try those.
p.s. Sweet shirt dude ?
