Do you just mix the 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein, 2 tsp WF Marshmallow Dip...or add a little almond/coconut milk?

Yup. I heat the blueberries in the microwave, which breaks them down into liquid form. That's enough for a good mix with 1/4 scoop protein. I don't need additional liquid with the honey/OEProtein frosting either, although I forgot and used 1/8 cup almond milk this week (wasn't as thick as I would've liked).

Sorry for the lack of training updates lately. I haven't been able to track all of my sessions, have been working a ton (working today/tonight again :(), and free time is very limited. I hit arms this morning and energy is already lacking after a refeed 2 days ago.

Thanks brother. I'm trying...I was in seriously rough shape this morning and it took a lot of effort to tough out my session. The support is much appreciated.

-1/3 cup So Delicious "Sugar Free" Vanilla Coconut Milk
-1 tsp baking powder

These were ridiculously delicious. They came out perfect, with a great fluffy consistency, and tasting amazing. I didn't have a recipe and just made a last minute decision to see what I could come up with. I combined all the pancake ingredients in my Nutribullet, which blended everything into a nice batter. It will grind up anything completely, so there wasn't a trace left of the oats after a few seconds. The frosting, additional cinnamon sprinkled on top, and a small amount of WF syrup really set them off. These will be a staple in my diet for a long time.

Carbs will be kept to 150g today with 55g coming from fiber. I'm going to make some OEProtein ice cream tonight, which should keep me happy until a refeed on Thursday. Recompadrol and Metabolic Powder were used before the pancakes and will be used before the ice cream as well.
 
That looks delicious Breezy... certainly will have to give these a try.

They're awesome and the ingredients are solid. I'll be making them pretty much everyday that they fit in my planned macros.

Thanks. I count some of my greens, but only because I eat an absurd amount everyday (besides refeeds). I started with refeeds every 7 days and have moved to every 5th day, which is probably where I'll stay, unless I decide to do smaller refeeds every 3-4 days (I'll see how progress is this week). I've kept carbs pretty high throughout prep, which now allows me to lower them following each refeed going forward.

I ended up consuming exactly 900g carbs and 4950 calories. I upgraded to a giant bowl of pasta because it was a huge process getting it all on a plate and I had an additional 1/2 cup.

Awesome, I saw the pic and it looked great! I plan on making some with Quest PB Cups tonight. Yeah, PB works out very well and doesn't harden up at all. Mixing it in will be delicious, but I prefer the swirls with additional smaller amounts that mix in when shaking. If you find the "So Delicious" sugar free vanilla, that'll help the creaminess as well.

I'm going very low carb today (60g with 30g coming from fiber) before tomorrow's refeed. I came up with a low carb pancake alternative, which was very tasty.

I dropped the oats, added a tbsp of all natural PB, used 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein (instead of saving .5 scoop for frosting), and added another 1/8 cup of the "So Delicious" Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk. These are a keeper. The PB with Vanilla OEProtein brought some serious flavor.
 
Here's a new exercise that I tried during yesterday's chest/shoulder session (3 angles of 3 different sets). The addition of bands was great (I'm working that band until it is completely unusable :)).

Today is another extremely busy day and I'll be working until around 8PM. I hit the gym this morning for a cardio, arms, and abs session. I began with LISS on the treadmill and moved on to tri/bi/ab supersets (3 supersets done 3 times each).
 
I took a few update pics this morning as well (last pics 5 days ago). I'm a little flat, which was expected at this point in the week, especially with my carb intake down slightly. My weight has now dropped .6lbs below last week's "pre-refeed" weight and I think it'll be down another 1lb+ by tomorrow morning. I should be looking very dry after minimal carbs today.

You're always so modest about your pictures, all these pics that you say you are 'flat' in are showing off a physique I can only dream of one day achieving. As for all the trainer comments I can say if I was local I would hands down open my wallet to you to be my trainer lol.

I decided to kill a box of the organic silver dollar pancakes (33 of them). The blueberry topping was just a .5 cup blueberries, .75 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein, and a splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (less than 1/8 cup). The vanilla/honey frosting was made with 1 scoop OEProtein, 2.5 tbsp organic honey, and a splash of almond milk.

I added Boo Berry to the mix this week and couldn't be happier with the decision. It was awesome, especially with 1/4 scoop of OEProtein added. I just used unsweetened vanilla almond milk in the other bowls.

After keeping the waffles/pancakes and cereal separate the last 2 weeks, it looks like cereal is what my vascularity responds to best. I'll keep this in mind when it comes time for the competition.

Good to know. I don't believe that I've ever seen Frute Brute. I think I'll start eating cereal (post-workout) more often in the off-season. It'd been about a year without any until I started these refeeds.

1 Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar

All of the pancake ingredients were put in a Nutribullet to make the batter. The Nutribullet is key for a good batter, as it completely liquefies the oats, Quest Bar, or anything else that you put in it. The frosting was mixed in bowls with a spoon.


I got the idea to add a Quest bar to the batter after blending one up to make ice cream in my Nutribullet (it was awesome). It was a fantastic idea, as these were ridiculous. I'll be making all kinds of OxyELITE Protein/Quest pancakes going forward. Next up is Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein/White Chocolate Raspberry Quest with a Vanilla OEProtein/raspberry frosting (1/2 cup raspberries, 1/4 scoop protein mixed in Nutribullet). I can't wait to try Apple Pie, Cinnamon Roll, Mixed Berry Bliss, and Vanilla Almond Crunch as well.

I think WCR is really good and it's definitely one of my favorites.

Cinnamon Roll will be great, but it'll taste almost exactly like the first vanilla cinnamon pancakes that I made. I'm looking forward to trying other flavors first for that reason.

Haha I was very proud of myself :). I can make all kinds of cool stuff now that I have a Nutribullet.

I've been wanting to try one, but they haven't been at "the store" yet. I've heard nothing but good things about them.
