Just shy of 2, although I'd strongly advise starting with 1 scoop. My stim tolerance is absurd (higher than the majority of people that say theirs is high/regardless of stim breaks) and I have experience with the stim ingredients. I think most people will end up having their sweet spot be 1-1.5 scoops.
The only reviews I've seen thus far are two scoop servings.
Yeah, the only one I've seen was Piston's. Based on my experience, 2 seems like it would be too much for some people. I'd definitely recommend starting low and working up if needed.
I must be numb to stims. 2 scoops of Jack3d Advanced, or a full scoop of Gameday, or a full scoop Muscle Marinade...several cups of coffee throughout the day - doesnt matter!
I drink monster zeros like water lol if u drink one before I workout ill usualy only do around 200mgs more caffine if its been within 45-60 mins

I actually worked legs this morning and was going to mention the sweat. I always look like I went swimming by the end of any workout, but got off to a fast start today. All it took was some standing leg curls lol.

Love this machine. I'll often substitute this for deadlifts. Only difference is arms are at the side of your shins instead of directly in front. Good for a bit of lat work on the lockout at the top. Just gets tricky finding the right starting stance so your back isn't getting killed and you can maintain your balance. I only see people at my gym doing shrugs with this, and I don't think it ever occurs to them that it works legs.
That thing is great. Yeah, I had to adjust my foot placement a couple times, but it smoked my hamstrings when I got it right. I'm pretty sure that I'm the only one who uses it at my gym lol (at least I haven't seen anyone). Have you ever used it for "Dante" Rows? They're another grerat option for that machine. There's a recent video in here if you haven't seen them.
I'll have to check those out. I do the meadows rows that you posted previously though.

I'll be heading out on the ocean and spending most of the day at the beach (only accessible by boat). I took a few update pics this morning that I'll try to post before leaving.

The lighting isn't the best, but I didn't want to wait for the sun to come up anymore. I'll get better pics within the next couple of weeks either way. You can see my lack of upper chest in the third pic, which I'm currently trying to correct. I'm not sure, but the "pose" that I attempted might make it look a little worse than it is as well lol. I'm holding some extra water from yesterday's 500g of carbs, but it's not too bad.

Holy smokes bro! Vascularity is at an all time high from what I can tell! Crazy vascularity in the lower abs, and road-map arms! I think you're right about the pose for the side pic. whenever you put your arms around the back, you skin pulls tight in the chest.. which makes it look flatter.

Also, I haven't seen a pic of your upper back (middle trap/rhomboid/scap muscles) but adding more muscle there has actually helped my chest get bigger and the combo of the two growing together has made me look much thicker.
I suggest everyone try it- just like upper chest, you cannot have too big an upper back

It's one of the newer, high fiber, low net carb, "Quest like" bars that have been coming out (still has 8g net carbs coming from sugar). I tried cookie dough, which was pretty tasty, but not up there with Quest IMO. I've tried the VPX Life Lift cookie dough as well and wasn't a fan at all. It made me hesitant to try any of the other flavors. I was actually looking to get the white chocolate raspberry Quest bars, but they weren't available.
The store I mentioned before here in Toronto, now has CCCD Quest bars.. need to head over there this weekend and get some. I have seen these Victory bars online in Canada - and was going to order a box to try. But I think I will just buy some extra CCCD. Thanks for the mini-review.
Good to hear that they're finally available. I haven't had one in a couple months (they were sold out today). The Victory bar was good, but I'd definitely choose CCCD Quest out of the two. You should give them a shot sometime and see what you think. I'll let you know when I try PB Chip.
Ya I am picking up some CCCD and gonna grab the new WCR as well to try soon (probably today). I have been working on getting my family to eat healthier and my sister loves the Quest Bars so I am getting her some since she has been consistent with her training and diet (but of course I am going to keep some all to myself
).
