Today was my first go at chest and shoulders together and I loved it. I'm going to have the time of my life with this new training split.
Decline DB Press (slight decline using 25lb plates)

-I wanted every rep as explosive as possible. I could've stayed at 185lbs, but the last rep on the 3rd set didn't "feel" explosive enough.

-stretch pushup: feet on flat bench/holding dumbbells
-1st set stopped ~2 reps from failure on each partial set. 2nd set all to failure.

-I felt a little trap involvement/shrug on the last couple reps at 20lbs, so I lowered weight. I wanted to make sure it was 100% delt work.
Cage Press (explosive/2 sec squeeze)

-I set the bar back down on the pins each rep, reset, and pressed explosively. First time using this approach and it felt awesome.
