It's ridiculous. I think it'll be close to 70 degrees again next week.

Thanks dude. I hadn't either until last week. They're pretty tough. I could've used the fat bar alone.

How is it doing box jumps with dumbells like that? It seems like it would be terribly awkward using anything but a weighted vest.

I really like them. Keeping the dumbbells by your sides eliminates the possibility of swinging your arms for momentum.
 
Try reppin 135 out for one set 50 times and don't stop until you hit 50. You'll hate yourself.

There's a friendly push/pull at my gym in Bellrica in June. You should swing by and do it. I know it's not your style but its just for fun.
 
The 1.5 x squats you were doing a while back, killed me when I tried them.. those last few reps...

I just might. I'd always been more into powerlifting until recently. The Mtn. Dog higher rep stuff is all very new to me.
 
I usually try out one of your exercises each week - always proves to be interesting to say the least.... I will give the pause squats a try on Thursday...

I weighed 211.6lbs (-5.4lbs overall) this morning. I'll be lowering my caloric intake another 100-200 calories starting today. This is my first time cutting since I unintentionally lost a ton of weight a couple years ago and I've been taking it slow. My body handles food (calories) differently now, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

I'm currently missing PowerFULL. My sleep quality is still decent, but not nearly as good as it was. Getting out of bed definitely isn't as easy. I'll be adding it back into my supp arsenal within the next week or so.

I've slowly developed a cold over the last week. I woke up very congested and with a sore throat. I don't feel too bad at this point and hope it clears up soon.

I had planned on heading to the football field for HIIT this morning, but considering how I felt, it didn't seem like the best idea. However, I did 45mins LISS on the bike at home. OEP had my body temperature up, and it felt good to get a decent sweat going.
