Try reppin 135 out for one set 50 times and don't stop until you hit 50. You'll hate yourself.

I'm using PowerFULL now. To start with I wasn't sure if I liked it as I got some very disturbing dreams where I wasn't sure if I was asleep or awake, but I have to admit now my sleep is very deep.
