Hex press looks interesting. Gonna give that a shot next workout. Still looking for a non-conventional finisher for chest.
Yesterday I felt blah through whole back workout until I hit the stretchers. That energized me then finished strong with one arm pulldowns.
You like the Blue Razz or Watermelon mBCAA+ better?

I bought a pair of these. They will definitely give your forearms a great workout but they are very inconvenient if you change weights a lot.

Thanks kbayne. I thought they were great and will definitely be doing them again. It was somewhat awkward the first set, but I picked it up quick. The stretch felt awesome.
Ya I haven't used kettleballs too much especially for exercises such as tricep extensions. I love getting a good stretch on any exercise.
I don't use them often either. Same here. Let me know how it goes.

My legs took a beating during this morning's session. I added a few exercises that I hadn't done in months and they went pretty well. I already have a good amount of soreness throughout my quads, so I'm expecting some intense DOMS tomorrow.

-There was no need for added weight with the approach used. I leaned back a good amount and held in the squat position for a couple seconds. These wrecked my quads and are probably the reason they're already sore.

Haha yeah, not something I've ever done before either. I think waking up at 5am and having 10 minutes to leave was the problem. I just started hitting the gym that early 2 days ago.
Thats understandable. I hate having to rush to hit the gym. No matter if I got everything I need or not, I feel like I forgot something.

I've done that b4 and it sucks I hate being in a rush to get out the door. I'm a zombie @ 345am everyday until my shake goes down then I'm ready. Nothing beats a early morning weight session IMO. I don't think I could ever go back to lifting at night.
Same here. I'd normally give myself at least an hour, but was up late last night and wanted the extra sleep instead.
Yea when im on days i need at least 45mins to wake up before hitting the gym.
