Hex press looks interesting. Gonna give that a shot next workout. Still looking for a non-conventional finisher for chest.

Yesterday I felt blah through whole back workout until I hit the stretchers. That energized me then finished strong with one arm pulldowns.
 
You like the Blue Razz or Watermelon mBCAA+ better?

Those hex presses at the end are impressive...bet the pump was murderous.

I really enjoyed them. They'd be a great finisher.

Stretchers made my workout the other day as well. It'd been about a month without them.

It's yet to be determined, but I seriously love them both. I need to have a tub of each on hand and really think about it lol.

The last set of 8 was a pretty big challenge. It was a tough call whether to start or finish with them. Yeah, the pump was ridiculous.

My arm session went well today. I tried a couple new exercises/variations and thought they were great. I’m not sure exactly how much weight was used on a few lifts, but I felt pretty strong either way.

Lol. I hadn't used them in a while, but plan to implement it into my training more. You could get some fat gripz instead. A lot of people seem to love them.

Always wanted to try them, but honestly the only time I've ever seen them in my gym is when the same kid is curling with 5 lb plates in the only squat rack!

Ya I haven't used kettleballs too much especially for exercises such as tricep extensions. I love getting a good stretch on any exercise.

My legs took a beating during this morning's session. I added a few exercises that I hadn't done in months and they went pretty well. I already have a good amount of soreness throughout my quads, so I'm expecting some intense DOMS tomorrow.

Thanks man. I'll hopefully add some more weight next week. Lol yup, my workout was at 5:30am and I could feel the soreness creeping in about an hour ago (it's 6:30pm here).

Haha. I'm sure you had plenty of weight on the bar. :)

Nice. I only have a day or two left of mine. I think I'll get BR for the second month of my cut.

I didn't get to weigh-in this morning and will do it tomorrow.

I’m starting to think that I may have added a little more size during my MD run than I’d realized. The last 2 days in the gym, I’ve had people mention that my arms and shoulders were looking bigger. After looking myself, they might be right lol. I think phase 3 really helped with my arm development.

I had a pretty good workout this morning. I was in a big rush to get to the gym and somehow forgot to take my AB, X-Factor, ALCAR, and GlycerGrow before leaving. I honestly don’t know how I dropped the ball there lol. I didn’t forget Jack3d micro, Test Powder, or MBCAA+, which makes it even weirder haha.

Haha yeah, not something I've ever done before either. I think waking up at 5am and having 10 minutes to leave was the problem. I just started hitting the gym that early 2 days ago.

Thats understandable. I hate having to rush to hit the gym. No matter if I got everything I need or not, I feel like I forgot something.

Same here. I'd normally give myself at least an hour, but was up late last night and wanted the extra sleep instead.
 
Awesome workout breezy!

I've done that b4 and it sucks I hate being in a rush to get out the door. I'm a zombie @ 345am everyday until my shake goes down then I'm ready. Nothing beats a early morning weight session IMO. I don't think I could ever go back to lifting at night.

I've become a fan of morning workouts as well. I don't mind lifting at night, but it's nice to have a little free time instead.

Yea when im on days i need at least 45mins to wake up before hitting the gym.
 
I lift at nights only because I have no other option. Wake up at 5.30am, out the door by 6am to get to uni by 8am (its a long way and traffic is killer) thenb spend the day at uni, go home and lift then study haha.
