You da man breezy congrats
Just a formality this draft process was. Congrats Breezy. Never seen more a perfect fit other than LTL and PES.
Congrats again dude and welcome to the team!

Lol AB with Purus?
Or randoja?
I agree though, I think everyone expected it to be him.
Hey there team mate ;-)
Good to have you on board
Congrats Bro!
Congrats! USP couldn't have made a better decision.

My current run with Mtn. Dog training came to an end today. I loved every session from start to finish and can't thank DW enough for getting me into it. It will probably be another week before I decide on a new program, but there's a good chance that I'll be going back to MD.
Seated Leg Curl
2 warm-up x20
140x15, x30 partials
160x12, x30 partials
180x10, x20 partials, 100x10, x30 partials
BB Squats (1.5 rep)
2 warm-up x10
225x15
275x9
315x6
-It felt great to get away from the Smith machine. It was a little more challenging, but not as much as I'd expected.
HS Split Squat (foot on back bar)
90x10, 50x8
90x10, 50x8
Here's an example for anyone unfamilar with the exercise:

Awesome run my man, you killed MD.
Have/will you look back at your workouts?
I did an holy cow, some drastic improvements for a routine not based around strength.
Those HS Split Squats give me an insane quad pump. Not as much of a stretch in the back hip for me tho compared to regular rear foot elevated split squats tho.
If you go back to MD you know to hit me up Breezy.![]()
Nice lifts breezy. Do you usually use Smith Machine for squats? For the most part I only Front Squat with it.
Interested in what you will do next for a program![]()
Thanks boss. I hadn't used the Smith for squats until I started Mtn Dog. The 1.5 rep Smith squats were a part of the training.
Me too lol. I'll figure it out soon.
Just a formality this draft process was. Congrats Breezy. Never seen more a perfect fit other than LTL and PES.
Oh okay. That makes sense then. I need to try those 1.5 reps. I've done them before for other exercises a while ago but never for squats. Pretty intense I could only imagine.
1.5 reps on squats...............MURDER. Haven't done them in forever....and I don't want to do them soon.
You da man fu!
Nice job in here breezy.
Wanted to stop by and congratulate my brother on the rep spot even though I have plenty of times already!!! You deserved to be a part of a great company and either USP or PES would have been a great fit for you!
I just saw my gym on the tv show Boston's Finest. One of the guys featured was shown training (boxing). I was actually there when it was filmed, but had no idea what it was for at the time. I'll have to go back and watch the rest of it (only saw a few seconds) because I remember being filmed doing HS dips. Maybe I make a guest appearance lol.
Thats dope haha. Breezy is getting on the TV now. Watch out!!!
He's Sparty the AM celebrity!
Sick workout bro! I have got to try those horizontal presses - look like they'd kill your rear delts!!!!3/16/13I weighed 216lbs (-1lb overall) this morning. I’ve been eating pretty close to maintenance and will slowly start lowering my intake tomorrow. I appear slightly leaner than I did a couple weeks ago.I ran out of MBCAA+ a couple days ago, but should have more tomorrow. I tried a sample of SAN BCAA Pro Reloaded today and was pretty disappointed. The flavor was blue razz, which wasn’t gross, but didn’t taste very good either.I decided to try the new OEP powder yesterday and was very impressed. I have a tub of Fruit Punch and it tastes awesome. I honestly thought the tatse was just as good as Alphamine (if not slightly better), which is saying a lot. I thoroughly enjoyed the effects as well. Increased energy, mood, focus, and body temp were all noticed. The strength of these effects was what impressed me most. I’ve actually decided to use it in my upcoming cut in place of AlphamineMy CCCD Quest bars came today, and I have a new favorite flavor. I’ve already had a couple and am pretty sure that I’m not done for the day haha. I plan on putting one in some “ice cream” tomorrow.I couldn’t give up the Mtn. Dog style workout for my shoulder session today. It was a good performance overall and a lot of fun as well.Super Wide Grip Press1 warm-up x1095x15105x10115x7, 45x15 (bar)-I’m still feeling these.Heavy DB Swings45x3550x3060x25, 35x20Face Pulls80x25100x20120x15130x126 ways10x1215x1015x8Horizontal Press5x128x108x8-These are very challenging. Trying to keep your wrists in-line with your elbows is brutal.
Sick workout bro! I have got to try those horizontal presses - look like they'd kill your rear delts!!!!
Those horizontal presses are intense.
Are you sure the new OEP powder tastes better then alphaminehaha
Those horizontal presses look absolutely horrible. I must try them!
Idk if my gym has light enough weights for the horizontal presses
Yeah, I doubt I could use 10lbs.
Haha I seriously thought it was delicious. I'll have to try it a few more times, but my first impression was that it's just as good.
They are and you should!
Haha I ran into the same problem. The db rack starts at 10lbs, and I had to go on a mission to find lighter weights.
Ya I was just messing, I'm sure it is very tasty![]()
Well gee, I'm going to need the pink 1 lb.ers!
Sick workout bud. I've yet to try those presses. I'm semi scared to lol

Sick......gotta try these at next shoulder workout.
I know. I think you'll love it.
Haha I've seen some of your logs; I bet you could pull them off with the 5lbers as well.
Hah we'll see! I'll report back later this week...
3/17/13
I stuck with a lot of what I’d been doing for today’s back workout. The volume was up compared to the last few weeks, but I had no problem making it through with plenty of energy intact.
Dante Rows / Shrugs (HS Squat /Lunge machine)
180x10 / x15
200x8 / x12
200x8 / x12
200x8 / x12
-2sec hold on rows/3sec hold on shrugs
BB Row (rest-pause)
1 warm-up x10
225x10
225x10
245x8
255x7
-Felt much better than the Smith variation I’d been doing
Horizontal Shrugs (supported T-bar/2 sec hold)
90x12
115x10
125x8
Stretchers
120x15
130x10
Neutral Grip Pulldowns (2sec hold)
160x10
160x10
Reeves Deadlift (variation)
1 warm-up x8
235x9
255x7
255x7
-I’ve seen and tried several variations of these. Some are done crouching all the way down, others are stiff legged, and I went somewhere in-between. My goal was to pull almost entirely through my upper back, and it felt like I did a decent job (it was smoked). I actually didn’t feel any impact on my lower back or hamstrings at all. I still have room for improvement with these, but here’s one of today’s sets.

Keep it up man, nice workout! I will have to give those deads a try next weekend!
Awesome video Breezy. You always have control on everything you do. Great job !!!
Excellent back workout as well.
Definitely have to try those this week!!
Is that a standard bar breezy? I though I saw meadows using a smaller bar for those. Just thinking out loud trying to remember what my tiny gym has lol
Awesome workout as usual.
