Day 53

I managed at least 5 hours of sleep, so that's a little improvement. I had my Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT right when I got up.

My weight is holding pretty steady at 208.4lbs (+1lb overall) this morning. I believe I'm continuing to slowly lean out despite adding some additional calories.

I dosed 2 caps of SlinTensity before a big breakfast.
 
Day 53 continued

I made it through work with good energy. I had a cap of ABE with a mid morning meal and a cap of SlinTensity with lunch. My afternoon Alphamine dose (1 scoop) was taken about 3 hours ago.

I'm currently getting ready for the gym. I'm haven't eaten in about 5 hours and will hold off until post workout. This would be considered fasted training for me haha. Today's my birthday and I want to save some calories for a decent cheat meal tonight. I haven't trained on this empty of a stomach in a while. Hopefully I can get some extra kick from my pre workout supps.

It looks like I'll be wrapping things up at the end of the week. I only have enough ABE for 2 more days at 4 caps each (started with a little less than 3 bottles). I ordered more (and Alphamine) over a month ago and still haven't received it due to having the pre sale X Factor in the same order. It was finally supposed to arrive today, but thanks to a shipping error, its now scheduled to arrive next week. It looks like I only have another day of Alphamine left as well. I plan on logging everything up until at least Friday and will try and get some pics up this weekend. I would've liked to make it a full 60 day run, but I'm ok with it being a few days short.

Yet another badass workout. You can move some serious weight! I don't know how you would even manage deadlift at the END of a session. Thats usually one I put at the beginning because it exhausts me so quickly! I'm excited to start my X-Factor journey myself here in about a week! Keep it up man!

Thanks man. I think your gonna love ArA. I'll be giving X-Factor a go in another month or so. It will be missed, but I'll have the new USPlabs "patented anabolic" to hold me over. Should be interesting.
 
Day 54

I had Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT when I woke up this morning. This afternoon will sadly be my last dose of Alphamine.

I weighed in at 210.2lbs (+2.8lbs overall) this morning. My calories have been up this week, but not enough that the scale change would be lean mass or fat. It looks like I'm holding some water, which might be related to my "cheat meal" last night. I'll do my best to shed any excess before my final weigh in and pics.

2 caps of SlinTensity were dosed, 20 mins.before breakfast.

Work was rough today. It entailed about 11 hours of highly physical work and took a lot out of me. My final scoop of Alphamine was a nice addition to the afternoon. It helped me get my second wind and power through the rest of the day.

1 cap of SlinTensity was taken before lunch.

ABE will only be dosed around my workouts due to the amount I have left.

I just finished up a pre workout meal and I'm about to hit the gym. My energy is still decent, despite the long day. The difference in overall energy level is still apparent compared to a couple months ago.

I somehow managed to aggravate an old wrist issue a couple days ago. I'm not sure what caused it, but I think it was work related. Since I wasn't having any joint issues, I lowered my Cissus XT dose last week. That might have been a mistake and helped the problem along. Either way, it doesn't really limit what I can do and I've upped my cissus intake in hopes of a quick fix.
 
Day 55

I had a tough time getting moving this morning without Alphamine. I had a sample of AMINO Energy, but it didn't do much to wake me up. I dosed EP right when I got up as well.

I weighed 209.6lbs (+2.2lbs overall) this morning. My carb intake has about doubled the last few days and could have me holding some extra weight. However, any extra water that I'm holding appears to be minimal.

I dosed 2 caps of SlinTensity before breakfast.
 
Day 55 continued

I had another long day. I was feeling a little worn out this afternoon and didn't have Alphamine to carry me through. The only supplement used while at work was a cap of SlinTensity before lunch.

I just took advantage of some great NP deals and saved myself a ton of money. I'm loving the Ultimate Flurry protein I'm currently using and just grabbed 20lbs of it. The Chocolate Lovers flavor has made it's way into my top 3 proteins (could end up #1). It's mixes up thick and tastes like M&M's. I also purchased the new/bigger bottle of Super Cissus and the Hemavol + extras deal. I've never tried Hemavol and finally gave in due to the sale.

I had my pre workout meal and I'm heading to the gym. This might end up being my last workout of the log (maybe Sunday's).

Take care of that wrist Breezy. I am just getting over it after I bent it backwards twice playing softball. It's been a slow 3 months recovery. Like you said, once you injure it, it seems to be susceptible to future injury. Working through the pain made me favor my elbows and now I have serious elbow issues.

Still dealing with that as its giving me a tendinitis type burning pain. All in all, it's very difficult to lift heavy.

Yeah, I definitely want to avoid it getting any worse. It's actually feeling a lot better today after upping my cissus dose. I still plan on taking it easy with anything that could aggravate it further though. The last time it happened, recovery was about 3 months for me as well.

I know how difficult it can be to lift heavy, or at all, when joints start becoming a major issue. Cissus has been the most effective treatment when it comes to my joint pain. I don't know if I could continue to lift very long without it. I'd at least have to change my style drastically.

Day 56

Sleep quality has been down the last few days. I got a good amount, but woke up several times throughout the night.

The only early morning supplementation was with a cap of EP. That's the last of the major players left in my run. I plan on taking EP for the next couple days, or at least until I take some updated progress pics. I'd like to try and wrap everything up by Monday, time permitting.

My weight was 209.5lbs (+2.1lbs overall) this morning. I can see that I've leaned out in certain areas despite being up in total weight. I'm hoping the differences translate when I take some pictures.

I had 2 caps of SlinTensity before my first meal of the day. I'll be using another cap shortly, before dinner.

I stopped use of all DAA products today.

I'll probably post an update for tomorrow's workout. That will be it as far as gym logging goes.
 
Day 57

I got up earlier than I would've liked, but still had a decent amount of sleep. It's been a busy morning and I still have a lot to accomplish before sitting down to watch football. I'll be going to the gym shortly, then heading to my parents house to help them get ready for the approaching hurricane. It shouldn't be too bad, but they live by the ocean and have to do a little prep around the house just to be safe.

I had a cap of Erase Pro when I woke up and 2 caps of SlinTensity before breakfast.


The following will be taken before heading to the gym:

No more DAA :( sad times! I'm about to restart taking mine and I can't wait! How are you liking Craze? I read in another log (might have been mine?) that you were on a Craze kick! I always found that with most preworkouts, including Craze, they all say take 30 minutes prior to working out. But for me Craze kicked in so damn fast that I'd have to take it in the car prior to walking into the gym or otherwise I felt I missed its "window." How does it feel for you?

I think it was your thread where I mentioned Craze. I've been enjoying it, using 2 heaping scoops with 2g ALCAR. Craze actually takes longer than all other pre workouts to fully "kick in" for me. I start to notice the effects after about 10 mins, but not fully until around 45 mins after taking it. That's when the focus usually peaks. It doesn't give me crazy energy and I'll sometimes add a little caffeine if I really need it. It does put me in the zone though, which leads to some great workouts. For "extreme focus", I've used a scoop of CF Focus XT, an additional 1-1.5g ALCAR, and 2 heaping scoops of Craze. I'd like to give that another go, but need more CF Focus XT. I've been mixing it with Protocol (OG) as well, which contains Leucine, Beta Alanine, LCLT, and Agmatine. I guess I'm making my own pre workout lol.

Interesting how certain supplements can have varying effects/timings on different people. 45 minutes to be in the zone for you, and a much shorter time for me!

It certainly does sound like you are creating your own haha. I am actually switching over to my homebrew preworkout starting tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it. The ingredients have been eyeballing me from my closet for 2 months now!

Yeah it seems that Craze affects people differently more than most supps too.

Nice. I've never actually made my own strictly using individual ingredients. I need to grab a few more SNS goodies and I'll be able to try it out.

The gym didn't go as planned, but I left feeling like I had a solid workout. When I started warming up on flat bench my wrist was giving me some trouble. I bailed after a couple reps at 225lbs and tried some machine work. There wasn't much pain benching, but for once I decided to play it safe to avoid making things worse.

I feel a little soft since stopping Alphamine and ABE, but hopefully EP will have my appearance looking somewhat tight in the morning.

I'm banking on not working in the morning due to the hurricane (and working outside). I haven't gotten the word yet, so I guess I have to get up at 5am just in case. It looks like the whole city (and most the state) is being shutdown. Hopefully my gym is open in the morning as it shouldn't be too bad until mid day. It's pretty much a guarantee that I'll be losing power, as it always happens living on the coast in any big storm. In situations like this, it can be out for up to a week. That being said, once the power is gone, and my phone dies, I'll have to go out to my car to charge it and get on AM. If it takes a couple days to wrap things up, that'll be the reason.

LOL'd at the chest hair comment. I thank my dad for my genetics since I have absolutely no chest hair to speak of. Unfortunately it takes me about a month to even BEGIN showing signs of a beard so that sucks! Be careful with that storm coming! The weather stations are all going crazy about it.

I've got a decent amount, but it could be a lot worse. My brother actually has zero, which baffles me...I think he's adopted haha. I guess he missed out on the chest hair from my father's hairy Hungarian side of the family. I've been through quite a few hurricanes and blizzards. Hopefully its not more than the usual amount of flooding, downed trees, and power outages. None of the above would be great. If its not too bad, I might head to the beach in the morning, and watch the "thrill seekers" that go surfing whenever a hurricane is coming. I'll post a video if I do.

I'm working my way back up to 500 for a few reps with deep squats. I put up 500 for 5 going parallel about a month ago. Leg strength has been coming along great.

Day 58

I got up before 5am for no reason, since work was cancelled. I had a cap of EP and that's the end of my supplementation for this run.

My weight was 209.2lbs (+1.8lbs overall). This will be my final weigh in. Weight has been pretty consistent the last week and I think I've finished about +1.5lbs (clean) at the end the run.

I managed to get some pictures this morning that I'm not too happy with. They're decent, but the lighting wasn't the best (wanted more consistency w/previous pics). I might try again later and see if I have better luck. If I do, I'll post both.

I'm about to hit the gym. It seems weird at this point, but I'm not going to log the session. I'll report if I have any major improvements/setbacks though.

It's getting pretty crazy out and I'm going to stop by the beach on my way home. I should have some angry ocean pics I could post as well.

Day 58 continued

I was limited to what I could do comfortably at the gym. My plan was some bicep/forearm/calve/ab work and I had (left) wrist problems when my palm was facing up. I still got a decent amount accomplished, but kept things on the lighter side. I matched last week's big jump with chins and was happy that it wasn't just a fluke performance. The gym was shutdown due to the storm, but I only missed out on some ab work...not a fan anyways.
 
Final Pics

The lighting is a little different, but I can still see some changes. I've noticed when looking in the mirror that my chest has added some definition, which could be due to a small amount of fat loss. Chest separation has been looking better lately as well. Regardless of what the pictures show, my belly fat has gone down 2-3mm on my calipers, while adding about 1.5lbs. I would've liked some accurate measurements taken, but I'm happy with where I've ended up either way.

Looking tighter...muscle bellies seem to pop out a little more. Solid work considering you added weight on the scale.

Thanks bolt. I wasn't sure if it was noticeable in the pics, but I think my chest definitely has a little more pop to it.

I agree with bolt. I think you are definitely leaner. I can tell by looking at your shoulders, chest and abs. Chest does look a little fuller like bolt says and in my opinion, shoulders look bigger as well. Excellent results Breezy. Seeing results in this short duration when you are already jacked like yourself is amazing.

Thanks a lot fumoney. I always appreciate your feedback. I agree that it can be difficult to achieve very noticeable results in this time frame, unless you're just starting to build muscle, or have a considerable amount of body fat to lose.

Thanks again. Can't forget TPwder. I was very impressed with it and will definitely be using it in the future. PES always treats me well and the the stack overall was great. I'm looking forward to using ArA again for a straight (somewhat lean) bulk run. I feel like I really could've added some size if I didn't move towards leaning out the second month. With the release of Alphamine (and my inability to hold off on trying it haha), I decided to add it to the stack, and adjust my overall goal for the run. I have more Alphamine arriving today, that I'll be using (with ABE) to drop some fat after lean bulking for a few months.
