breaking up clumps in CEE

i bought some bulk CEE and recieved it yesterday. i opened it up and half of it was clumpy...is there a good way to break it up? i tried a knife for about 10mins and got alot of it broken down but there still some tiny clumps.
any suggestions?
 
i noticed cee clumps disolve very easily in water.
when i used cee i would just throw a small clump into water and swirl then chug.
but i haven't used it in awhile because i couldn't hack the taste.

i dont think anyone in here is man enough for that taste. geez :lol:
 
well i dont think the taste is unbearable. ill drink it if it works. chugged two serving. 3g before and 2g after. first was in orange juice to mask the taste. it masked it pretty well. after workout was in sweet tea bc my mom thru the orange juice away cuz she said it was old? lol. but i def tasted it more in the tea. still not unbearable. i think the SMELL is strong. open up the container and it smells like crushed up asprin or soemthing lol.

anyways i think it just has a tendency to clump. i smashed all the clumps out and they still formed when i put them back in the container. the break up really easy now tho. just touch them and they break up. no more problems. before i crushed them some of the bigger chunks wouldnt break up in the juice/tea. i just swallowed them.

and btw wats the dosing on this stuff? should i take more before and none after? how many grams a day do you guys take? i saw it takes about 2-3 days to kick in. is that true?
 
im sorry i read the dosing wrong th ethe bottle.....ive only taken around 2.5g total today. haha. sorry. gotta up the dose def
 
Well, I got my bottle 3 weeks ago with an order and I just shook it up. of course that didn't work, so I just put it in the water and it disolved good. I don't have any measuring tools so I just grab it with my fingers. I usually lick my fingers afterwards. if I don't have a bottle. I put it all in my mouth and wash it down @ the water fountain.....ARGGGGG.
