break after titanium xl & division 1?

I'm almost done with the titanium xl & division 1 stack. Is there anything i should take immediately afterwards or should i take a break?

How long did you run the stack for?

i ran it for 30 days- 4 titanium/3 division 1 caps per day

I'd run it for another 4-6 weeks.
