Brachioradialis Strain

Has reared it's ugly head again. I'm 64 and pushing hard to add to my lifts weekly. Even when I was young and ripped I struggled with it from time to time. Anyone here had issues with it and have advice? Thinking about getting a cortisone shot in it but also wondering if BP157 / TB500 could push a quick heal. It sucks as I was just hitting PBs on all lifts and have had to back them all way down.

Is it just sore or is it preventing you from bending your elbow or cramping up your forearm.

Bpc and TB would help speed the healing process kpv should help with pain. I just started bpc + kpv on my knee today actually.

Just remember, in a few days after you start the peptides maybe even on the second day, pain and inflammation will probably go down significantly, but don't be fooled like I often am. Nothing is healed you just relieved all the inflammation so the pain went away. You still gotta baby it for a while and try not to use that muscle too much if at all. If your going to go with peptides I'd plan a minimum of 3-4 weeks if you want things to actually make some progress healing. If you only do a week or 2, it's going to come back shortly after you stop using the peptides.

I've yet to see or hear anything negative about bpc and TB, kpv is newer, but it should be a amazing safety profile as it's just a tripeptide of Amino Acids

It's just sore. I can freely bend my arm. The soreness though is making me reduce any weight for most lifts. KPV seems interesting too. A cocktail of all 3 may be in order! I am making so much progress now my brain won't let me take time off. I know I probably should.
