BPS: What are you made of?

I promise it will not be cardio ! Is it bad that when I started my cardio today I was drenched in sweat from the workout and when I finished I was dry lmao

I was out for 5 months last year from a back injury. My vid is up. Back straight pushing from balls.... of my feet.

Smith Machine was probably not the best choice and my feet could have been a little more forward.
 
Ok guys. I tried it again. I got 22. But it was at the end of my chest and tris day and I was beat but I wanted to try. Sorry

Well guys I'm gonna switch my splits this week so I can give this one more try. I gotta say I was super nervous getting on the scale this Am. But thankfully, for this purpose alone, didn't gain any weight. Will post the vid if I break the 40
 
Can week 3 be a timed challenge. Like how many Krispy Kreme donuts can you eat in two minutes. :D

I went once in uniform to get my pregnant wife some. Some guy was in there and started on me. I told him when I look like this I can afford to eat a donut. When I look like him I'll lay off of them. It shut him up quick and made the employees laugh.

Well fellas, if it makes you feel any better, I cant come close to it. I did a ton @135, and then videoed my 225 set, got halfway through and realized the stupid phone wasnt recording. Anyway, stopped at 20. Decided to up the weight for fun, and got 10@315. Now, I dont get down as purdy as you fellas, but with the knees I have, Im truly lucky to get what I got. Ill take it. Plus, Im not in the running. This was just so I can say I took part with you guys. Invalid Link Removed

Very nice work sir! Do you ever employ goblet squats? Those are a nice variation and help my knees some with pressure in them. Give them a try if you haven't already.
