BPS: What are you made of?

Thanks guys. I've never done anything like that before. I'm really enjoying this promo. It's fun watching everyone do this.
 
Tried a second attempt and got to 10 before my right groin started to cramp up on me. I had banged that inner thigh pretty good at work today so I think that might have something to do with it. I've got the tens unit on it now with some ice so I will hold off and try again tomorrow. Damn, seems like all I'm doing on this round is making freakin'excuses! I WILL get a video of more than 20 up!

Mine is going to have to wait until Saturday boys. My son forgot his new hockey stick that I just bought him and was really upset, he's only 9 .. so I had to get it to him .. All good now !

I did the bar for ten after stretching a bit. Then 135 for two sets of three. Then 185 for two. Then 195 for two. Then I did 185 for my reps. I felt pretty good. Knees kinda creaky but I felt like I warmed up enough but not to much
 
Anybody else super sore the next day. My legs are so mad at me.
 
Try finish line. Doms shouldn't b an issue. Knees on the other hand lol

Little off subject but after reading this. been on the androcrine for only 5 days and the old shoulder has made more progress in the last 5 days than it has the last 12 weeks! loving this stuff. only gripe: using 6 pumps and its a lot to rub in. just a little spoiled with the salvo stuff. but with these results I would spend 30 minutes rubbing it all over my body! lol
