BPS: What are you made of?

I am happy just to be front squatting 175 at this point. I would love to participate, but my knee and hip are bullshyt. I love you guys though!

Hey bro my knees r awful. Takes twenty minutes in am just to get em going then a bit more warming up at gym. Just do what you can and btw I prefer front squats myself, somehow they're a bit easier on the back pumps
 
I really had 100% intentions on doing this challenge this morning but gym partner flaked on me and I can't film on my phone :( sorry guys maybe I'll try it over the weekend ! But only if I see some more entries haha remember even if you didn't beat the current 30 we still wanna see you guys push yourself so post it anyways !
 
I might get in on this challenge! Sorry I didn't go back and read through e'erthing, are these raw squats or wraps and such?

At the gym now. Official weigh in is 183.7. I'll be repping 185. Here we go

I know you were my man!! Its all good. I honestly thought about doing legs today, struggled with the decision. But… I have plans on hunting all stinking day tomorrow and the last thing I want to do is climb a 20 foot stand or drag a 160lb deer through the woods the day after legs. I would just lay down and die with the deer, LOL

Props to everyone who is competing in this promo its so cool to see everyone push themselves to there limits the camaraderie in this thread is awesome im gonna post a video in a few days i twisted my knee yesterday at work its really sore and swole not in a good way lol it wont be the 30 rep vids like the other beast in this video put im gonna try my best to get a decent number up
 
Ha. There might be a couple left in the chamber come Monday. I really need to start being diligent about taking my fish oil. My knees were cracking like crazy.
