BPS: What are you made of?

Guys, I forgot to mention, not only will week 1s winner and week 2s challenge be announced in the morning, but week 4s challenge will be announced sometime during the day!!! What time? Depends on how I feel. Lol

heres mine- this was after the first recording failed and doing tri's for an hour 1/2 the day before and not having any other supps with me. it was also hot out, i was sunburned, tired and on vacation. Oh yea and Alpha1agreda kept sending me messages about a pic that i sent him and alpha, that pic was right next to the bench so everytime i went over there, i was laughing- bad breathe ! lol

and my wrist was killing me- and whatever complaint i missed, ill add that on. with that being said, doing 42-43 2 min prior and then another 33 - that averages to 69- so next video, be warned

Hmmmm, brb I'm going to figure the percentage of your weight for 135 and see how many I can do at that percentage for my weight. Just for fun.

If I go by percentages. Thorsdad was doing roughly 45% his body weight. If I do that I'm benching 72lbs. I'm sure I could do that between 50-100. Lol.

Thank you everyone for your entry, we really appreciate it and are looking forward to the next three weeks of challenges. The winner of week one, is of course thorsdad31 with 65 very clean very impressive reps. Kudos to all that applied, and this is not over by any means. All of you who did put it for this are automatically qualified for week 4, as having a video for week 1 is the only way in to week 4.

In that case in order to release this information I have but one requirement , a 5 page essay single spaced size 12 font in my PMs explaining why we love Alpha and BPS as soon as I receive that I will respond with the challenge, sound fair ladies ? Hahaha

Kids these days have it so easy.. i actually use to have to go the library to plagiarize . .. i mean research my papers. just about done with my copy and paste and few edits...

Squats AMRAP with your Bodyweight on the bar
We will round up so if you're 195 you put 195 but if you're 196 well go with 200 understood? Good! Me and FireTitan will judge the form and the reps we don't need any negativity in here it's all about growth and pushing each other sound good guys? Same rule for the smiths if the bars 15 lbs add weight accordingly, if we must ask you to proof your body weight we will. Let's get some videos up big homies !
