BPS--- Gettig Lean and Mean on Comubstion and DCP 2 !!

Ouch!! I remember not being able to use my core much the first couple of weeks back too! Overhead/stretching movements took a few weeks! I'm glad you're ok! Just keep playing it smart! You'll be back 100% in no time!!

I thought the MD routine started out really slow the first week, but after that week I loved it.

Probably a good thing. My chest and shoulders are sore today and didn't do a whole lot! :D

I'm trying ;) I think it is more the fear of hurting myself, than the chance that I actually will...
 
Felt better this morning. Got up, mixed up two scoops PowerShock, and took 2 Combustion with 2 DCP 2. Got to the gym about 35 mins later and could tell I was starting to warm up before I even started cardio. And man oh man did I sweat!! Did 12 mins on the Stairmaster. That thing liked to kill me!!! HIIT style, 1 min at level 8, 1 min at level 3. Then did some lower intensity on the treadmill. Level 4, speed 3 for 15 mins. Haven't sweat like that in awhile :D


I can tell I haven't lifted in awhile. Shoulders and chest sore today, and didn't think I pushed it to hard yestarday.
No weights today, but I'll be back at it tomorrow again.


Also weighed in this morning. I'd have to check but I think I started this stack last Wednesday. If so down 2lbs in a week. Hope to keep it up!
 
Forgot to mention. Even though I had a big steak and sweet potato before bed last night, and then took 2 DCP 2, I woke up looking and feeling tight this morning :D
 
Woohoo! The stair master is killer- love intervals too! They should have a mop beside it to clean up afterwards! Haha Yay for the two lbs and waking up looking tight!! Sounds like it's working well!!
 
Interesting. Didn't know you live in the Philippines? I actually have an Uncle who married a gal from there. He moved there a few years ago, an they just did move back to the states. His brother, my other uncle actually met a women from the Phillippines online. They ended up getting married and she lives here now too. Crazy!! haha

Pushed it a little harder today until I got to the Deads. The weight wasn't bad at all, but I could tell I was using a lot of core keeping my back straight coming out of the hole so I stopped at 275 and only did 8 singles. Still felt great to do them again, it's been over a month! Funny as it may seem I didn't have any trouble at all doing the DB rows and should of went up on the weights. The Meadows Rows and stretchers were a little different as I haven't done them before but really liked them both!


I swear you would think I was on a T3/Clen stack as much as I sweat in the gym. I thought maybe it was just a little warm there today until I looked around, and I was the only one sweating!! haha


I took 1 combustion and 2 DCP 2 before breakfast (pre-workout meal) then an hour later took a half scoop of Presurge and felt really good in the gym. Still had energy to spare and was going to do a little cardio but have a lot to do before work today. I've gotten in some sort of cardio the last 3 days, so I figure it didn't hurt.
 
That's a great workout!! Awesome job on the deads too!

Great work in here. Seems like you are getting the dosing down just fine.

And yes, the combo makes me sweat like crazy in the gym as well!

Register--- the meadows are different, but you hit your back from a different angle which I like :D I'll probably always keep them in my routine!
 
DCP/Combustion doing it's thing!! Maybe a little too much!! I am just now eating my second meal for the day!! Just now hungry.. I have noticed the only real time I get hungry is in the evenings. Not sure if it has something to do with my dosing or not. I'll try to move my second dose of DCP to around 2:30 which is usually when I eat before work to see if it helps hold off the hunger pains until later.

Been eating very clean all week and just ate a bowl of frosted mini wheats with my post workout meal.... guess I will be doing extra cardio tomorrow :lmao:

Looking great. Man, I really love DCP 2.0 and Combustion. Two of the best supps I have ever used :)

I've found that while using DCP 2.0, my a little cheating on the diet here and there didn't have nearly the bad effects that it had before taking it. I still stay pretty strict, but it seems like I can get away with a bit more ;)

Forgot to mention I did do some 'light' ab work today. I figure the quicker I can build them back up, the more it will help me from getting injured (hernia) from my surgery.

Oh it was good !!!Damn water weight now, up a few lbs, time to go do some fasted cardio and sweat it back out haha.
 
I had some pizza last night. Two hours later drank a ton of water. Couldn't believe how thirsty it made me.

Yeah, I find that I retain much less water when taking DCP 2.0. It almost has a diuretic effect on me!

I also don't seem to increase sweating unless I am training too, so there is that.

It is kind of weird, through the day I don't sweat to bad. But once I start doing something physical, like cardio or lifting it pours out of me. It's like any increase at all in core temperature and it flips a switch. Crazy!!
 
Not a lot to report today. Besides this weekend has been hard on my diet :(

I did do some fasted cardio this morning. On two combustion it felt great!!

Stairclimber HIIT 12 mins, Level 4 and Level 8 alternating first 6 mins, the level 4 and level 10 next 6 mins

The weekend is always a challenge on the diet! Especially when hanging out with friends/family! It's alright to live and enjoy life! You don't go crazy and you always kick right back up!

Yeah, I totally understand! One of my biggest problems in the past was cheating too much, beating myself up about it, and cheating more! Lol
 
This is becoming a trend for me lately. Damn bbq season!


I KNOW!! We are suppose to BBQ again tonight!! Nothing special just burgers and dogs for the kids. So instead of a steak and sweet potato, I'll be having a bunless burger and sweet potato ;)

Yea, I've been at restaruants before and ordered a chicken salad with no dressing and had some pretty funny looks. Some people just don't have a clue haha.

you doing ok with it now? i know i struggled thru several relapses before i was finally able to 'just say no', lol.
Lol Yes, I am much improved now! My splurges or cheats are much more controlled/planned now luckily!

Wow! That's awesome!!!! Congratulations! My little sister is an alcoholic- currently working on overcoming! I hope she has the same success!!
