Day 19:
I wasn't able to go and do legs today as planned, work today killed me. We have this 20' cold roll solid pipe that is heavy as hell. I lifted that and farmer walked with 1 in each hand across the yard, then carried 1 on my shoulder. That was with normal amount of work throughout the day. I'm telling you this **** is heavy!

I know how ya feel! Been moving 16', 20' & 26' oak timbers around at work.

Yes sir I'll grab some more down the road. I really am enjoying the product. Oh yeah man I've been killing in the gym and at work. This product has helped with recovery, strength and endurance for sure, slight mood and libido.

Well I got my fingers smashed today, not sure if their broke? Ugh man I love this sh1t. Idk we'll see how I feel in the gym on Friday. Man this is disappointing.

Ditto bro. I hope they heal up and you are good to go. I smashed mine once in the gym, re-racking an 80 lb dumbbell after shrugs and near the end of my workout. I was already muscle fatigued and the rack stop was up in the corner of the rack that I had to stretch a little to get to. I missed the rack cradle and the DB caught my ring finger between the grip and a cross member on the rack. I knew I wanted to be swole, but not like that LOL. i was out for well over a week (might have been 2+, I don't recall exactly). A ton of epsom salt soaks and the luck that I didn't break it, and eventually the swelling went down and color returned.

Smashed fingers suck!! You never really appreciate how much you use your hands until something like that happens. Hopefully they aren't broke and heal up quickly.

Dang man that would suck to happen in the gym. This was a metal pipe and the forklift operator did it.

Yeah man it was to left hand index and middle finger. Last night I pulled my middle finger hard and it popped funny and feels fine. The index I don't want to try it hurts like a sob and is swollen. The nerves feel all crazy in that finger but I'll manage. Ready for the gym tomorrow!
 
Day 21:
I felt a good pump most of the day, with some good vein action. My muscle are much harder and fuller. I'm ready for my workout tomorrow have some stuff on my mind and need to hit some weights. I'll just not have to use my index finger on my left hand, we'll see how that goes.

Hate that. Just be careful not using the finger, itll weaken your grip!

Well it's like everything goes to sh!t. So now I'm headed to the gym. Saying screw it and taking 3 epidrone pwo with 50mg of DMAA with an energy drink.
