whats up AM, took yesterday off blasted legs today

Was feeling a little drained today from the long weekend so I decided to back off the intensity today in the weight room
Performed:
sumo deadlifts : 315 x 3 sets x 10 reps
knee extensions: 6 sets x 12 reps
standing calf raises: 275 x 3 sets x 10 reps
abs:
3 sets x 50 crunches
3 sets x 30 leg raises
3 sets x 30 rope crunches

overall hoping to get some good sleep tonight and will be back at it tomorrow with arms. On a side note I ate like a horse today so I should be feeling ready to go tomorrow.

edit: I forgot I did hit back and did not update it on here. I hit 215 x 3 sets x 10 reps on overhand rows which I was happy about. Hit some other pretty typical exercises, lat pulldowns etc and my back was really sore on sunday. Weight is sitting right at 180 right now.
 
hit up arms yesterday had a beast of a workout!

Here was my workout:
50# db curls x 9, 8, 8
preacher curls: 35 # plate on each side 3 sets 8-10
cable curls superset with 21 curls
tricep rope pushdown
close grip floor press 225# x 8-10
decline skull crushers 95# x 3 sets x 10-12 reps

broke 180 yesterday, right around 181 ish feeling great gonna hit up chest today cuz my triceps are feeling decent enough
 
yeah im slightly above right now, just took my last serving for the day time for zzzz zzz zz , ill update everyone tom on my workouts as I will have tons of free time tomorrow

so far so good, loving the recovery and overall strength, im sure the size is soon to follow. Im gonna add in some oats and peanut butter to my morning and mid afternoon shakes to add additional cals.

yesterdays workout was chest and resembled this:
incline db press 95# x 3 sets x 8 reps
incline cable press
cable fly
reverse grip bench press: 195# x 3 sets x 8


todays back session:
overhand row: 205, 215, 225 x 8
db row: 95# x 3 sets x 8
lat pulldown
cable row
barbell shurg

Overall continue to feel good, I ve gotten in 3 meals today and am hoping to get 3 more in the rest of the day. Strength continues to climb, overhand rows felt light. Got some rest days coming up this weekend so hopefully I will be able to get some calories and refresh my body a little bit.
 
There's nothing better than going in the gym and having an exercise, that was previously difficult, be easy. Time to ramp up the weight some more :D

Ok so heres whats gone on since my last update:
as you know im in my strength phase of my macrocycle and if youve noticed since the beginning of the log my volume has tended to decrease and my intensity in terms of % max has increased. Yesterday was supposed to be an off day for as I was traveling to see the GF. Well, to say the least my GF is a bigger fitness fanatic then myself which is hard to imagine haha. So she dragged my butt to the gym yesterday morning even tho my split was done for the week and I had nothing to really even lift. SOOOOO....I took my two endosurge in the morning and proceeded to the gym with here and decided yolo ill lift shoulders and biceps. I hit this workout up, nothing super intense just enough to get some stimulation and get out of there
Shoulder press (DB): 85 # 3 sets x 8
side laterals: 35# x 3 sets x 8
db curls: 45 # x 3 sets x 10
preacher curls: whatever weight some duescher left on the bar 3 sets x 10
cable curls: 3 sets x 10 with rope

Im glad I got in and lifted yesterday cuz I woke up today and was hit with some pretty serious allergies. Overall, I have been feeling really good, recovery has been fantastic and mood has been good. Really cant say enough about this stuff.
 
Allergies blow. Nice set though. I had a killer workout this morning. Finally getting back to my old squat lifts.

only was afforded 6 hours of sleep last night but i feel like i slept 8, thats the best thing about endo i swear
 
Did some HIIT and then proceeded to make a fool of myself at a graduation party.

I need to stop hitting on asian women so hard.
 
had a final today, got one final tomorrow, mentally exhausted so there really wasnt any point to me training today. Will be back tomorrow evening for some legs tho

183! limited sleep again last night, feeling well enough to train tonight but its not gonna be legs im going to hold off on them until tomorrow when i have 8 hrs. Legs need to trained with max intensity for me. Ima hit chest in a few minutes.

heres a little summary:
Sleep is amazing
Up about 3-4 pounds
Strength has steadily increased
Mood, sex drive etc all have been baseline maybe slightly above, but again im a happy horny fella on the reg

Chest was yesterday and I killed it:
reverse grip bench press 225X 7 x 2 sets
incline cable press
incline cable fly
incline db press: 100# x 5 x 2 sets

got a quick leg workout in tonight but am feeling drained, this week has been high stress, and very mentally tasking
sumo deadlifts: 315 x 20 reps
315 x 17 reps
superset with leg press 7 ish plates each side
knee extensions
calf raises

was out in 40 mins, will hit legs again later this week focusing more on quads, hit hams pretty good tonight

My arm workout was this:
db curl 55 # 3 sets x 6 reps
preacher curl: 45 pounds on each side, 3 sets x 6-8
cable curls
concentration curls
tricep pushdown
bodyweight dips
rope pushdown


my backworkout was solid:
Started with barbell rows: 225 x 8 reps x 3 sets
barbell shrug: 6-8 sets working up to 300 pound shrugs
wide grip pull ups
v handle pulldown
cable row

Report: Feeling great, my body feels good during the strength phase with increased days off and hitting bodyparts only once per week. Strength continually climbing and sleep feels good. Ive noticed that even some nights when im only afforded 5-6 hours of sleep due to work etc I still wake up feeling pretty refreshed. Hey almost at 150 posts so I can post pics n links!

in the gym early tom morning, finally, all the hectic craziness of my schedule has subsided and ill be back in bright and early tom morning.

It was awesome!!!! short quick, got what i needed to get done.

Heres what it was: ARMS
barbell curl 95# x 3 sets x 10 reps
closegrip bench : 3 sets x 185 x 10 reps
preacher curl: 35# each side of curl bar
tricep rope pushdown
hammer curls



Getting down to the end here I will post up a final review and thoughts shortly, within the next few days. I wanted to take a minute and say how awesome the reps for BPS are on here, no homo. I def will be looking for more of your guys promos in the future, class company. The formasurge looks awesome (transdermal estro blocker formestane). I have some plans in the future to combine that with endosurge.

Just finished up hitting back:

Started out with underhand grip barbell rows:
185 x 12, 225 x 10, 235 x 8 235 x 8
barbell shrugs: bunch of sets here at least 5-6 sets worked up to 300 pounds
db row: 90# x 3 sets x 10 reps
wide camber bar cable row: 3 sets x 10 reps
lat pulldown superset with
rope pulls

Still feeling really good and my numbers have steadily gone up throughout this log. Going to do a deload week here soon to let my body rest up before I begin another periodization program.
