BPC and TB dosage - capsules only, first time user

Hi. I'll try to be as short as possible. 42 years old lifter with a little bit of muscle strains: both forearms (left one is worse), pelvis area (right side; not hernia) and rhomboids area. So i figured i don't want to pin everywhere and maybe a systemic approach is better in my case.

Bought Brawn Nutrition BPC and TB capsules; despite being at a low price, they seem to be legit (expiry date is printed, not stamped). Been using them for 1 week. I feel ok, blood pressure is good, bpm is good, can't see any side effects.

Given the short half life of BPC, i take one cap before warming up and another cap in the middle of the workout (that's about 90min later). My reason to do this is because while training i get my injured muscles pumped so blood will deliver more nutrients to the site.

Questions:
-are 2 caps of BPC and 2 x TB daily (500mcg each one) enough? too much?
-are you suggesting a different protocol? like 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps at night?
-next time should i try a different brand?
-any other input on orals / capsules administration is welcome.

thanks.

BPC orally is for gut health, I know two or three people in my gym that used the oral for strains, tennis elbow, and shoulder issues and got zero from it….

This. The only way to get specific spot help from them is the injectable.

I am sure injectible is better but I did see some relief from capsule BPC 500mcg once a day for 2 months. My tennis elbow disappeared and my shoulder pain decreased while benching that I have had for years.

I am going to try it again this time with 250mcg twice a day. I am really glad I tried it.

Just start with the worst injury and pin the real stuff there. If its minor then it could get better after a week- then move on to the next area. Some of it will go "systemic" likely moreso than oral route.
