I've just ordered some BPC 157 as i suspect a persistent micro tear or inflammation within my L1 facet joint which occassionally causes some nasty muscle spasms and back to go crooked. Is this stuff hype or has anyone used it successfully?

Also can it be run alongside the likes of Lgd 4033/MK677 and Cardarine as am not to well versed on its interactions?? Any advice is appreciated.

It works but you have to inject it as close to the site as possible. Not sure how much of a difference it makes in the back but it worked for my shoulder

I don’t see why you couldn’t but I wouldn’t run anything like sarms till you get your back figured out. If you mess your back up bad then you’re halfway through a cycle, you’ll be shut down, and now you have back problems. Talk about a shitty recovery time

Some of the SARMs can improve bone density. Could potentially help. Shouldn’t be any negative interaction either.

Great replies guys thanks. Im much more mobile now...just left over inflammation but it keeps flaring up every 3/4 months. Seeing specialist friday who may or may not ask for MRI or just inject some cortisone into facet joint. Ill wait to see what he says first. I dont think its disk related nor does my physio. Hopefully a minor microtear that just has never settled down correctly.

What kind of shoulder issue did you overcome? Just got this diagnosis today. Thinking about trying bpc-157 post op to expedite recovery.
