Man oh man its been a hell of a last 2 weeks. Had a nice vaca, then had a family issue last week along with catching up on lawncare. No exercise last week except for my lawn care workouts, and nutrition was out the door. So here we go with a brand new fresh start today. I have been supplement free for about 10 days and stim free for 4 weeks besides a few pwo while on vaca. Time to crank it back up. Decided to switch it up, I have been doing a sh1t ton of cardio and full body workouts for the last 2 months. Not necessarily gonna cut back on the cardio, but instead of the full body workouts I'm gonna go back to the 1 maybe 2 muscle group a day routine. As you can see I still got about 30 minutes of cardio and a nasty 19 minute HITT today also. Macros tracking starts on 8/1. Just been chillinh, still grinding out the lawn care, 2-4 workouts a week and nutrition has been shot. Seems this has been the routine for the the month of july. Scale has only went up 6lbs, I'm good with that.
 
I like training each body part once a week so I can devote a full workout to just hitting back or a full workout for chest. I’ve followed that plan for awhile now and really like it.
