No issues last night; only got up to urinate once instead of like 3-4 all three nights before. All good. It's my 9th day today and I still don't feel any different. Sleep's the same, I don't feel more aggression in the gym. Will be patient.
Give it time. It takes about 2 weeks to kick in. I'm surprised you haven't noticed better sleep. That is something that usually appears within the first week. Are you taking your last dose pre bed on an empty stomach? Also, I wouldn't be on the lookout for aggressiveness. Personally, this is not something that testboosters increase. If anything, it is just placebo. One has an aggressive personality test boosters or not.
Well that might make more sense. I'm already a pretty aggro personality, unfortunately. Due to anything with TKA, I have to take all my doses no later than 3pm. Prebed and I'd never sleep. TKA, which I've taken before, always impacts my ability to fall asleep; get hot, restless, etc.
Just got some blood work back from June 30th. A little disappointed my Free Test lowered from 22 to 14 in 4 years. My SHGB rose 10 points (to 37) as well as my E2 (from 12 to 29 - <63). I've been under quite a bit of stress lately and sleeps been crappy as. Result for the last 2 months. I'm hoping the drop is because of that rather than just turning 40. Still not feeling much from the AMXT and today is 2 weeks. I have gained some lean mass and weights up from 188 -192.
Be patient with the Alphamax XT. Two weeks in isn't adequate time to assess effectiveness, and I always start to actually feel it working around the 3 week mark. Has it been helping at all with stress? Ashwagandha always helps me with stress, and when I use Alphamax XT I always feel like I sleep better and have less stress.
Glad to see you're up a few pounds though, thats good news! Are you planning to make this a 4 week Alphamax cycle or an 8?
So today is day 17 and I'm noticing that my libido may be dropping slightly. I had a similar experience on Testruction. As you can see my numbers above, I shouldn't be experiencing this, but I am. Not in my head either, as of Sunday I had no issues with my partner. I can feel somethings going a bit reverse. Is there such a thing as calm before the storm? Need some help, gents... I don't want to quit this run.
FWIW, I had no issues like this on straight LJ100 by OL. It definitely gave me a boost.
I am noticing some recomp and a looking a bit fuller at the same time, but that's not worth a libido drop for me.
You've noted an increase in stress and decrease in sleep. Under those circumstances, libido is probably going to be one of the first things to be affected.

Just an update: I'm two days into the start of my third week. Sleep's improved. Whenever I start something with TKA, I get some restless nights and then it subsides. No significant increase in libido. Maybe a slight increase in strength gains. I can see a bit of recomp; belly's not getting bigger and I'm eating more. Look forward the remaining two weeks. ...Still not sure if I'll go 4 or 6 or 8 weeks.

5:30am Wake up: PB folder over / ON Pro Complex Shake
7:00am Work out
8::00am Post Workout: Iso-100 shake
8:30am Breakfast: 6 egg whites / half potato or cup of oats
10:00am - Half sweet potato or Casien Shake
11:30am - Ground turkey, jasmine rice, cheese, beans, lettuce / fish, sweet potato, broccli
2pm - sweet potato or 3 steak tacos or a burrito from Chipotle (depends on what's possible and where I am)
5pm - cookies or some crap
7:30pm - steak/chicken/or salmon, quinoa, asparagus or broccoli
9pm - Casien Shake
I don't have the diet down to a science, but I make sure I'm eating most of the day. Sometimes work won't permit me to eat as much and I can lose a few pounds quick. My regular weight is 185 lbs.
Just an update that I'm into my 4th week. Sleep's become much deeper, almost harder to get out of bed, but not in a bad way. Still not major libido boost, but more noticable morning wood. I think I want to run it for another 2-4 weeks, for a total of 6-8. I'm weary of running things for too long. Strength is mildly increasing. Trying to eat my ass off. Can definitely tell my mid-section is leaner. I'm definitely more calm than usual, which is a great thing!
I don't want to start running OTC boosters all the time, so this has been a good experience overall. I'm sure there are more hardcore boosters out there, but I don't want to eff with my hormones too much at 40. I would recommend this product so far.

Great update - sounds like Alphamax XT is treating you well. You shouldn't run OTC boosters all the time, but Alphamax XT is all natural ingredients that won't disrupt your natural hormone levels if cycled properly. It sounds like you're getting great physique results, as well as other added benefits which is great. That's the glory of having such a well rounded ingredient profile. Keep up the good work bro
I would say that most, if not all, OTC test boosters, natty anabolics, etc should be ran for a full 8 weeks. It takes a while for some of these ingredients to really shine and running them for four weeks is not the best for optimal results. Just make sure you take at least four weeks off and then run another product or stack of your liking. As long as you take that time off, you're good!
I also do not get much of a libido boost from AlphaMax XT, or most OTC products in general. That is not my main reason for taking them though
