Was still feeling tired from squats... The best of the chest workout happened at dips!

Wow... Felt strong on these. Definitely the pick-me-up I needed for my chest workout!

Super tired after 135. But strong contraction in lats. Good mass and width builder IMO.

Struggled on the last rep for 55's. Overall, felt it real good in anterior delts.

Slight chest soreness. Didn't really feel it in the workout. I think my chest looks wider and thicker too :) Thanks IXL and SE for giving my chest workouts a boost! Even if I'm not gaining in lifting weight?

Thoughts
Great workout. Tons of energy.

Tried something new with SE. It gives me TONS of mental focus, but I would take it at around 8 or 8:30... I want to sleep by 12-1, so I think it would keep me up at night. I'm testing it now. It's actually 12:25 now... And I feel a bit sleepy. So maybe it was the SE. We'll see :p

Definitely getting my form back. Sticking the tushie out a little more and keeping the knees behind the toes. Went slower on all reps as well. It was good. I am satisfied.

Leg Press SUPERSET WITH Calf Press
90x15/15, 180x12/12, 270x10/10, 360x8/8
Full-ROM on all reps. Felt it in my calves really well for some reason, but that's not a bad thing.

Walking Dumbbell Lunges
30'sx12, 40'sx12, 50'sx12
Felt really strong on these. I should bump it up 5 pounds for each set.

Leg Extensions
110x20, 130x20
Stopped there. Something was wrong with both knees... they felt less flexible or something.

Standing Smith-Machine Calf Raises

These blasted my calves. When I got home, I was still aching!

I suck at running lol Terrible cardiovascular system. Definitely gotta work on that. It was 2 sprints @ 9 mph for a minute each and the rest was like 6 mph or something like that :p

Decided to change it up a bit. I always do pull-ups and they didn't seem to be going up, so I decided to pull a Jay Cutler and do some of these :p It works fo shawty.

T-Bar Rows
50x20, 75x12, 100x12, 125x8, 150x7
Heard some clicking sound in my back at the 6th rep for the last set and then another for the 7th and decided to stop. It was fun. I'm in love with T-bar Rows :D Again, I gotta set up the T-bar row thing. Put a 100 against the wall, put the barbell under the 100, grab a V-bar, and pack on the weights son!

Reverse-Grip Barbell Rows
95x15, 95x12, 115x12, 135x12, 155x12
Form got sucky on the last few reps of 155, but that's cool. Cheating once in a while never hurt anyone!

One-Arm Dumbbell Rows

    It definitely worked for squats. There's definitely a part of me that wants to say it didn't work for my bench and deadlift... But I must honestly say that I don't really like to bench and deadlift that much. The combination of liking an exercise and performing it will increase the poundage on that lift. I really like squats so it went up. Did IXL help with it? I believe it did. But because I did not like to perform bench and deads, they did not go up. I didn't expect deads to go up at all or much because I performed them maybe once every 3 weeks :p I just listed it because lots of people wonder about the big 3. I continued to bench every week though, but it never really went up. I will talk more about my bench in the other topics though.

    I put on a good 3-4 pounds and look a bit leaner. I'll have pics and other stats up tomorrow probably. I'm a recomper fo' lyfe. And though my bench press did not increase, it also did not decrease. And my chest is looking better than before! I don't really understand this phenomenom, but I ain't complaining :p

    Hm... not quite sure about this... I'll have to say N/A for now.

    I have pretty long sessions... (1.5-2 hours) and y'know what, I do feel like I was able to work out longer and do more sets. You'd find me doing 4-7 sets on many exercises... Even heavy squatting!

    Yes. It does do that. For sure. No doubt about it. Could train chest longer. Could train back longer. Could train legs longer. Could train shoulders and arms longer.

    I was taking citrulline malate and arginine as well (CM separate and arginine was in my creatine), and vascularity and muscle fullness have never been a problem for me. So I can't say if it did or did not do it's job here. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt cuz there were just some days I felt especially hyuuuuge lol

    Definitely. None whatsoever.
