T-Bar Rows
45x15, 70x12, 90x12, 115x10, 135x10, 160x3 -drop-> 90x8 -drop-> 45x8
Good burn out. Strong contraction in mid-back.
Reverse-Grip Barbell Rows
95x15, 95x12, 115x12, 135x12, 155x6
Super tired after 135. But strong contraction in lats. Good mass and width builder IMO.
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
25'x12, 35'sx12, 40'sx10, 45'sx8, 50'sx8, 55'sx8
Struggled on the last rep for 55's. Overall, felt it real good in anterior delts.
Seated Side Laterals SUPERSET WITH Rear Laterals
15'sx12/12, 20'sx10/10, 25'sx8/8, 30'sx6/6
Felt these in my trapz too. Good stuff. Posterior delts were POPPIN'.
Reverse Cable Flies

Previous Workout Soreness Evaluation
Slight chest soreness. Didn't really feel it in the workout. I think my chest looks wider and thicker too

Thanks IXL and SE for giving my chest workouts a boost! Even if I'm not gaining in lifting weight?
Thoughts
Great workout. Tons of energy.
Tried something new with SE. It gives me TONS of mental focus, but I would take it at around 8 or 8:30... I want to sleep by 12-1, so I think it would keep me up at night. I'm testing it now. It's actually 12:25 now... And I feel a bit sleepy. So maybe it was the SE. We'll see
