Carbs and caffeine and more liver support

Is color of urine still on the clear side? Maybe a bit late but 4dhea or trest would be nice to mitigate some lethargy also
 
PH's can do crazy things to the body as it gets confused until back to homeostasis. Even on a bunch of test or trest etc. lethargy and shut down sets in after so long your body will tell you when it's time to PCT or you just push through it and potentially harm yourself. Im not saying your at that point, just food for thought, go kill it today!!

Honestly I was thinking about starting my pct early. I'll wait a couple of more days and see if I come back. TBH I'm not that crazy about this cycle.
I'll run my pct for 4 weeks after my last dose of Boladrol, and then take another 4 weeks off not taking anything.
My question though is 4 weeks off enough? Or should I do 8 weeks off? (I'm taking after my pct ends)


Also for my next cycle I'm going to be running a Test E only cycle, with nolva and clomid for pct and arimdex for AI.
 
If you were a freak like me you will take as little time off as possible cause you want Alpha mode all the time haha! Honestly, without blood tests, your protocol sounds good. You also got to listen to your body. After coming off an 8 week trest cycle then a proper pct for another 4 weeks I felt like I could go right back on as I had a ton of energy, full nutz , good appetite, clear piss etc... I did opt to take a full week off so only 5 total weeks off and now back on Bola feeling fabulous on day 2. This is obviously not something I would advise for most but I've done this long enough to know when I'm good and ready. I recover quite quickly after a proper PCT. Moral of the story is know your body and its limits and if you can get bloods, great. You will then have good knowledge on where your weak points are and what substances treat you well and vice versa. Hope you continue on to complete your cycle as 18 days is just not enough time to evaluate the substance!!

Feeling better today.
My muscles seem more defined and I'm started to see my abs more.
I'm not gaining any pounds but I'm getting stronger and more cut it seems like. Not what I expected but I'm pretty pleased with the strength I'm getting
 
Awesome, keep rolling! You should be getting close to max absorption on day 19 so these next few days will really tell you what's going on with Bola. Are you still taking 6mg split dose?
 
Bola just showed its face for me big time on day 6. I know when a PH kicks in and Bola has come alive!! Oh and not trying to gain a bunch of weight but up 8.4lbs in 6 days whoa!! 195 starting, now 203.4. 5 of those lbs was over night, Was skeptical on Bola now excited for some fun...

I think the mistake I made with bola is that I didn't eat enough. I feel that I've been eating decently but I realize I should've added a lot more calories. I can feel bola just shredding through my calories. I still have 8 more days so I'm going to see what I can do. I'm only up 5lbs total gained. And I look even leaner than before I started.

End of cycle results:
Yesterday marked the end of my cycle.
Overall I would give Boladrol a 6 out of 10. Being my first cycle, I expected much more from it. Didn't really gain any size. I gained some strength. But nothing dramatic except with legs.
Ive always lacked on bench so I was hoping this would help me go up, but it didn't really do much.
I was feeling a bit lethargic towards the end but nothing dramatic, just a little sleepy. I still had the good urge to hit the gym.
Perhaps my Boladrol was bunk.
I'm now in pct, running a serm along with a sarm and a test booster for 4 weeks. While also taking cycle guard and tudca to clear my system up a bit.
I plan to start my next cycle at the end of January. Running straight test along side a clean diet. 200+ grams protein and 3500 calories.

im not bashing you but giving my feedback so you can turn this around-

1- first mistake -"I expected much more from it" - what you should really expect from your cycle going forward are steady gains, not the overall end outcome.
2- you realized your diet may have been off, by the sounds of it, I would agree- 200 g of protein and 3500 cal, should help anyone put on size, especially without any PH.
3-putting on 5 lbs in a month isnt terrible, that is a positive accomplishment
4- Not running a prior PH does not mean this was bunk, use this first cycle to grow on
5- no idea what your diet or training was like, hopefully you kept notes so your next run will be better
6- using a serm with a sarm during pct is not wise

Yes all my notes are going to come in handy. I'm going to make sure I have my food and everything else on hand and layed out before I start.
I think I lacked on the eating.
 
Yeah man I'm short haha.
It's super hard to get my calories in without drinking shakes(which I hate doing). I get better results from stuffing chicken breast, fish and beef down my throat.
5'8" 183 lbs 14% bf
 
One thing I started doing that has helped make gaining weight effortless is a pre-breakfast morning shake consisting of,

1 banana
1 cup of blueberries
2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 servings of peanut butter
2 cups of vanilla almond milk
1 scoop of whey

Then immediately after working out I have,

2 cups whole milk
2 scoops of whey
1 banana
2 servings of peanut butter
2 cups of oats

Then right before I go to bed

2 cups of whole milk
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 cups of berry medley
2 banana
1 cup of broccoli

Easy way to add 3,000 calories to your daily diet, pack in some extra fiber, probiotics, and micro nutrients, all with barely filling you up.

no it went away cause the G-men won yesterday- if they would have lost, you would be lactating like you just gave birth to triplets
 
Going through pct sucks lol. I don't know what is up but I've gained 5lbs! since I've started pct?! wtf and its looks like fat.(around my stomach) Being this is my first cycle, I'm not sure what to expect. Is this normal? Im going to throw some cardio in and extra ab work.
I havn't lost any strength and I feel normal. Everything is working downstairs.
Im thinking its water weight. Any advice?

What's your PCT protocol again? Probably just an increase in estrogen. As long as you're on nolva or toremifene you should be safe from gyno while you rebound, but you are going to hold some water and gain far easier with higher estrogen.

May I ask what sources of carbs you are consuming and have you lowered your calories during PCT or kept them the same as when you were on cycle?
 
Lowered them slightly and I'm running nolvadex for pct. my carb sources have mainly been rice, fruits, and oats. I feel like I'm holding water in my stomach area :/
 
If it's phf boladrol, it probably is bunk
 
There was something funky about the phf bola, i think what they tested and what they sold were 2 different things. The pre release testers blew up on that **** and the stuff they released flopped
