Is color of urine still on the clear side? Maybe a bit late but 4dhea or trest would be nice to mitigate some lethargy also
, good appetite, clear piss etc... I did opt to take a full week off so only 5 total weeks off and now back on Bola feeling fabulous on day 2. This is obviously not something I would advise for most but I've done this long enough to know when I'm good and ready. I recover quite quickly after a proper PCT. Moral of the story is know your body and its limits and if you can get bloods, great. You will then have good knowledge on where your weak points are and what substances treat you well and vice versa. Whoah that is impressiveBola just showed its face for me big time on day 6. I know when a PH kicks in and Bola has come alive!! Oh and not trying to gain a bunch of weight but up 8.4lbs in 6 days whoa!! 195 starting, now 203.4. 5 of those lbs was over night, Was skeptical on Bola now excited for some fun...
End of cycle results:
Yesterday marked the end of my cycle.
Overall I would give Boladrol a 6 out of 10. Being my first cycle, I expected much more from it. Didn't really gain any size. I gained some strength. But nothing dramatic except with legs.
Ive always lacked on bench so I was hoping this would help me go up, but it didn't really do much.
I was feeling a bit lethargic towards the end but nothing dramatic, just a little sleepy. I still had the good urge to hit the gym.
Perhaps my Boladrol was bunk.
I'm now in pct, running a serm along with a sarm and a test booster for 4 weeks. While also taking cycle guard and tudca to clear my system up a bit.
I plan to start my next cycle at the end of January. Running straight test along side a clean diet. 200+ grams protein and 3500 calories.
One thing I started doing that has helped make gaining weight effortless is a pre-breakfast morning shake consisting of,
1 banana
1 cup of blueberries
2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 servings of peanut butter
2 cups of vanilla almond milk
1 scoop of whey
Then immediately after working out I have,
2 cups whole milk
2 scoops of whey
1 banana
2 servings of peanut butter
2 cups of oats
Then right before I go to bed
2 cups of whole milk
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 cups of berry medley
2 banana
1 cup of broccoli
Easy way to add 3,000 calories to your daily diet, pack in some extra fiber, probiotics, and micro nutrients, all with barely filling you up.

Going through pct sucks lol. I don't know what is up but I've gained 5lbs! since I've started pct?! wtf and its looks like fat.(around my stomach) Being this is my first cycle, I'm not sure what to expect. Is this normal? Im going to throw some cardio in and extra ab work.
I havn't lost any strength and I feel normal. Everything is working downstairs.
Im thinking its water weight. Any advice?
